    Great tour

We enjoyed our tour with Jose. Fatima was spiritual especially if you are of Catholic faith. Nazare has a breath taking views at the top of the cliff of the beaches below and town. It's known for the monster surfing waves in the winter. Jose recommended a local seafood restraunt in Nazare . We enjoyed the fresh grilled red fish. We then went to Obidos. A very old walled city with many cobblestone shops. We enjoyed our all day tour and Jose made it enjoyable. It was nice to take a ride out of Lisbon and see other sights. We're glad we booked this tour and Jose was the icing on the cake!

    Something’s fishy here…

Mostly a good trip…our driver was very knowledgeable about the area and talked at length about the architecture and the history of the area. He was a very good driver, but we might have been more comfortable if he hadn’t been googling info on his phone while driving several times. The biggest downside was lunch—we stopped in an unappealing section of Nazaré where our guide said his company recommended. The restaurant, Restaurante Taberna do Pouca Rouda, was diner style, no ambience. The fish was very good—a whole fish grilled simply, no seasoning or sauce, with boiled potatoes and cabbage. The driver ordered for us so—my bad—I wasn’t focused on the menu prices. Very fresh fish but 98 euros for three servings of fish with no drinks, no sides and no dessert seemed like a tourist gouge—I can’t see locals paying this much for this little. This tainted the trip for us. Fatima is beautiful, and Nazare and Obidos are interesting enough for brief stops. Total driving time is 3 1/2-4 hours in the van, and the scenery is not very interesting—mostly industrial and agricultural. Overall it’s a long day. I would recommend the tour company rethink the recommended restaurant—not cool to overcharge us just because we’re not from the area. If you take the tour ask for a different restaurant in a better area of town.

Response from the operator: Dear Mark, Thanks for your review. We are still a "young company" with around 30 reviews, 29 of 5* and one of 4* but with very nice words - "just the teacher that does not give the maximum mark". So 3* is for us a debut. :-) Nevertheless, our aim is to provide our clients with the best of the experiences, as such we will do our best to correct and improve. Thanks again for your comment : we understand our guests reviews as strategic for our growth. Best Regards,

Lisbon Small Group Guided Day Tour to Fatima Nazare and Obidos: questions travelers ask

Practical detail on this experience, plus the wider planning questions for Lisbon.

How much does Lisbon Small Group Guided Day Tour to Fatima Nazare and Obidos cost?

    +

Prices start at $142 per person. The final price depends on the date, the time slot and the number of travelers, and peak weekends in Lisbon usually price higher than midweek mornings. Live pricing and remaining availability are confirmed on the booking screen before you pay.

How long does Lisbon Small Group Guided Day Tour to Fatima Nazare and Obidos take?

    +

Plan for about 9 hours from start to finish, not counting travel to the meeting point. Most travelers leave another 30 minutes on either side so the rest of the day in Lisbon is not rushed.

Is Lisbon Small Group Guided Day Tour to Fatima Nazare and Obidos worth it?

    +

It holds an Outty Ranking of 68 out of 100, which we label "Solid Choice". That score blends traveler sentiment (4.8/5 across 25 reviews), the depth of that review evidence, recent booking momentum, value for money against comparable last minute in Lisbon, and how flexible the cancellation terms are.

Can I cancel or reschedule Lisbon Small Group Guided Day Tour to Fatima Nazare and Obidos?

    +

Yes. Cancel free up to 24 hours before the start time for a full refund. Inside that window the booking is non-refundable, and no-shows are not refunded.

Is Lisbon Small Group Guided Day Tour to Fatima Nazare and Obidos suitable for kids and families?

    +

Yes, all ages are welcome. Families should still weigh the 9-hour running time, and strollers are easier on the earlier, quieter departures.

How far in advance should I book Lisbon Small Group Guided Day Tour to Fatima Nazare and Obidos?

    +

Around 9 people booked this in the last 30 days, so popular slots go early. Two to three weeks ahead is comfortable in shoulder season, while summer weekends and holidays in Lisbon can sell out a month out. Same-day spots do open up when other travelers cancel, so it is worth checking if you are already in town.

What should I bring or wear?

    +

Bring photo ID, your booking confirmation on your phone, a refillable water bottle and comfortable shoes. Dress for the weather in Lisbon and add a light layer if any part of the 9-hour experience runs outdoors or after sunset.

Where does Lisbon Small Group Guided Day Tour to Fatima Nazare and Obidos start and how do I get there?

    +

The exact meeting point and directions are on your voucher once you book, and they sit in central Lisbon within reach of public transport. Arrive 15 minutes early: late arrivals are treated as no-shows by most operators.

What are the best things to do in Lisbon?

    +

On Outty we rank every Lisbon experience on the same 0 to 100 scale, and alongside this one the highest scorers right now include Lisbon City Center Tour - The Unmissable Lisbon, Sintra Private Trip from Lisbon Customizable Dreamlike Experience, True 4Hour Private Tuk Tuk Tour: Discover Lisbon with a Local!. The city page groups everything into most popular, highest reviewed, last minute and family-friendly so you can build a day around what actually delivers.

When is the best time to visit Lisbon?

    +

Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.

How many days do you need in Lisbon?

    +

Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.

Do I book through Outty or through the operator?

    +

Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.
