    The Very Best Food Tour!!

The Lisbon Guy-Sergio-is a native of Lisbon. He has traveled the world and tasted all the flavors and returned to Lisbon to launch this great business. We learned about and savored the Iberian jamon, enjoyed chorizo and wine in a BEAUTIFUL taverna that is so hidden that even some locals don’t know about it…and more. (I don’t want to spoil it for you.) Book the tour, and come hungry! Be ready for a wonderful few hours together with great Portuguese food and wine (lots of wine) and other liquid surprises. There is plenty for those who do not drink alcohol. It was a great highlight of our trip! Full of Lisbon history and delicious food! Every travel agent and tour director needs to offer this to their clients. 10 out of 10 stars! (Note-through no fault of Sergio, trip advisor did not publish the correct details of the meeting place or attach the map that he provides. We arrived early, struggled to find it and messaged him. He immediately called and we quickly found each other. Our meeting place was the large statue in the center circle at Rossi.)

Response from the operator: Thank you so much for the wonderful review! I’m delighted that our Lisbon food tour was a highlight of your trip and that you enjoyed the traditional Portuguese food, wine, hidden local spots, and Lisbon history. Your recommendation means a lot to us!

    Fabulous food tour of Lisbon

Had the most fabulous time with Arianna from The Lisbon Guy. Epic food tour of Lisbon. Tried foods and wine that you ordinarily would likely not have. All in a progressive menu setting with slow meandering walls through central Lisbon. It was an afternoon/evening of culinary discovery plus sharing with people from other countries (Sweden, Mexico, plus us crazy Australians) If you want to do something fun, that guides you through the culinary wonders of Lisbon with a bit of history thrown in, along with fantastic food and local wines - then The Lisbon Guy is a must! Arianna is a fabulous host, has a great sense of humour and genuinely appreciates meeting people and sharing her love for all things Lisbon. Thanks for a great night from the Roberts and Roberta’s (inside joke 😂😂)

    A real Portugal food experience!

Our guide Ariana was wonderful for our family of four guided tour. We were able to experience great food and drink that we probably would never order on our own. Ariana knows her Portugal history as well and it was just a very relaxing and fun experience. Highly recommend!

Lisbon Small-Group Food & Wine Tour with a Full Meal: questions travelers ask

Practical detail on this experience, plus the wider planning questions for Lisbon.

How much does Lisbon Small-Group Food & Wine Tour with a Full Meal cost?

    +

Prices start at $69 per person. The final price depends on the date, the time slot and the number of travelers, and peak weekends in Lisbon usually price higher than midweek mornings. Live pricing and remaining availability are confirmed on the booking screen before you pay.

How long does Lisbon Small-Group Food & Wine Tour with a Full Meal take?

    +

Plan for about 3 hours from start to finish, not counting travel to the meeting point. Most travelers leave another 30 minutes on either side so the rest of the day in Lisbon is not rushed.

Is Lisbon Small-Group Food & Wine Tour with a Full Meal worth it?

    +

It holds an Outty Ranking of 80 out of 100, which we label "Strongly Recommended". That score blends traveler sentiment (5/5 across 201 reviews), the depth of that review evidence, recent booking momentum, value for money against comparable last minute in Lisbon, and how flexible the cancellation terms are.

Can I cancel or reschedule Lisbon Small-Group Food & Wine Tour with a Full Meal?

    +

Yes. Cancel free up to 24 hours before the start time for a full refund. Inside that window the booking is non-refundable, and no-shows are not refunded.

Is Lisbon Small-Group Food & Wine Tour with a Full Meal suitable for kids and families?

    +

Yes, all ages are welcome. Families should still weigh the 3-hour running time, and strollers are easier on the earlier, quieter departures.

How far in advance should I book Lisbon Small-Group Food & Wine Tour with a Full Meal?

    +

Around 70 people booked this in the last 30 days, so popular slots go early. Two to three weeks ahead is comfortable in shoulder season, while summer weekends and holidays in Lisbon can sell out a month out. Same-day spots do open up when other travelers cancel, so it is worth checking if you are already in town.

What should I bring or wear?

    +

Bring photo ID, your booking confirmation on your phone, a refillable water bottle and comfortable shoes. Dress for the weather in Lisbon and add a light layer if any part of the 3-hour experience runs outdoors or after sunset.

Where does Lisbon Small-Group Food & Wine Tour with a Full Meal start and how do I get there?

    +

The exact meeting point and directions are on your voucher once you book, and they sit in central Lisbon within reach of public transport. Arrive 15 minutes early: late arrivals are treated as no-shows by most operators.

What are the best things to do in Lisbon?

    +

On Outty we rank every Lisbon experience on the same 0 to 100 scale, and alongside this one the highest scorers right now include Lisbon City Center Tour - The Unmissable Lisbon, Sintra Private Trip from Lisbon Customizable Dreamlike Experience, True 4Hour Private Tuk Tuk Tour: Discover Lisbon with a Local!. The city page groups everything into most popular, highest reviewed, last minute and family-friendly so you can build a day around what actually delivers.

When is the best time to visit Lisbon?

    +

Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.

How many days do you need in Lisbon?

    +

Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.

Do I book through Outty or through the operator?

    +

Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.
