Horrible service. Scammers
This experience is a scam! They had a “quick entry line” on the free admission Sunday. They charged some of us 30 euros, some of us 25. They promised us a 45 minute tour and quick entry to the colosseum (there was a three hour line if not). The guide, Polina, then took us on a 45 minute walk outside of the colosseum and Roman forum and left us in a 2 hour line. When confronted, she said she didn’t work for elite golf tours, she was an independent tour guide, despite being given a group from elite golf tours. I asked for her business name and contact, she said if I gave a poor review she would sue me. Left, and then came back and took my photo. When we went back, and warned another group about to be scammed, another lady came over and started screaming at us to shut up and go away, they kept promising other people direct entry or to skip the lines, but couldn’t actually provide that. This place is a scam, and they take advantage of tourists exiting the train station terminal. Waste of time. Waste of money. The bar code the tour guide provided me was fake and led to a random website.
