Amazing trip! Great value and people. Can’t recommend enough!

I can’t recommend this company and it’s guides enough. Our tour guide Kumar was amazing. He made our trip very fun and was such a consistent and funny guy throughout the trip and he knew pretty much everything we asked about. The trip was perfect. We were looked after and taken to great tea houses/ hotels with really lovely, inviting people. Kumar made the hike flexible for us whilst encouraging us to take our time which was the encouragement we needed 😂 Devaraj, the CEO of Trek Mania, was very generous and understanding with our needs and wants and made what is a lot of money for us feel like great value and overall really looked after us. This was, no doubt in my mind, the best trip we could of found for ourselves and I will never forget it!

Response from the operator: Thank you so much for your heartfelt review! 🌟 We're beyond happy to hear that you had such an unforgettable experience with Trek Mania Nepal. Kumar sounds like he brought a lot of fun and positivity to your trek, and we're thrilled that he made your journey both enjoyable and flexible! 😊 It’s wonderful to know that you felt well taken care of, from the tea houses to the overall organization of the trip. Devaraj and the whole team truly appreciate your kind words—we always strive to provide the best value and experience for our trekkers. Your recommendation means the world to us! We hope to welcome you on another adventure in Nepal soon! 🏔️✨

Amazing trek to Langtang valley and Gosaikunda lake

I had an amazing time on my trek to Langtang valley and lake Gosaikund. My guide Pradip was experienced and friendly. He explained a lot about landscape and cultural sites along the way. And he took very nice pictures! The trek was very well organized by Devaraj from Trek mania. A great experience for me!

Response from the operator: Dear Guest Namaste ! Thank you for your excellent review about Langatan Trekking and Guide. Thank you

    Amazing trek to Chisupani-Nagarkot

My french family and İ went on a 3-days trek in Chisupani-Nagarkot. Our guide Pralad and pour porter Sunil were very nice. They brought us to beautiful places, lovely walks and good hôtels. They were patient when we were walking slowly but we always reached destinations on time. They were really carefull all the time, attentive to what restaurants cooked for us and how we felt during the walk. As Pralad knows lot of thing from his travels and méditations, conversations was very interesting. Prices were cheaper than with others agencies İ talked with, as aside of a job, trekking is a real passion for him. I would recommend them a hundred times.

Response from the operator: Dear Rithya, Thank you for choosing us. We are more than happy that you liked our guide and his companion. As we are service provider we always focus to satisfy our clients. Your words shows somehow we able to satisfy you and your team. Thank you for your encouraging words. Looking to forward to serve you in near future. Thank you.

Langtang Trek 13 Days: questions travelers ask

Practical detail on this experience, plus the wider planning questions for Kathmandu.

How much does Langtang Trek 13 Days cost?

    +

Prices start at $699 per person. The final price depends on the date, the time slot and the number of travelers, and peak weekends in Kathmandu usually price higher than midweek mornings. Live pricing and remaining availability are confirmed on the booking screen before you pay.

How long does Langtang Trek 13 Days take?

    +

Plan for about 312 hours from start to finish, not counting travel to the meeting point. Most travelers leave another 30 minutes on either side so the rest of the day in Kathmandu is not rushed.

Is Langtang Trek 13 Days worth it?

    +

It holds an Outty Ranking of 70 out of 100, which we label "Solid Choice". That score blends traveler sentiment (5/5 across 5 reviews), the depth of that review evidence, recent booking momentum, value for money against comparable last minute in Kathmandu, and how flexible the cancellation terms are.

Can I cancel or reschedule Langtang Trek 13 Days?

    +

Yes. Cancel free up to 24 hours before the start time for a full refund. Inside that window the booking is non-refundable, and no-shows are not refunded.

Is Langtang Trek 13 Days suitable for kids and families?

    +

Yes, all ages are welcome. Families should still weigh the 312-hour running time, and strollers are easier on the earlier, quieter departures.

How far in advance should I book Langtang Trek 13 Days?

    +

Around 2 people booked this in the last 30 days, so popular slots go early. Two to three weeks ahead is comfortable in shoulder season, while summer weekends and holidays in Kathmandu can sell out a month out. Same-day spots do open up when other travelers cancel, so it is worth checking if you are already in town.

What should I bring or wear?

    +

Bring photo ID, your booking confirmation on your phone, a refillable water bottle and comfortable shoes. Dress for the weather in Kathmandu and add a light layer if any part of the 312-hour experience runs outdoors or after sunset.

Where does Langtang Trek 13 Days start and how do I get there?

    +

The exact meeting point and directions are on your voucher once you book, and they sit in central Kathmandu within reach of public transport. Arrive 15 minutes early: late arrivals are treated as no-shows by most operators.

What are the best things to do in Kathmandu?

    +

On Outty we rank every Kathmandu experience on the same 0 to 100 scale, and alongside this one the highest scorers right now include Kathmandu Sightseeing | UNESCO World Heritage sites Private/Group, Manaslu Circuit Trek, Manaslu Circuit Trek: Private Group & Discounte Price. The city page groups everything into most popular, highest reviewed, last minute and family-friendly so you can build a day around what actually delivers.

When is the best time to visit Kathmandu?

    +

Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.

How many days do you need in Kathmandu?

    +

Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.

Do I book through Outty or through the operator?

    +

Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.

What is included in Langtang Trek 13 Days?

    +

Included: In-vehicle air conditioning; permits; and English speaking Trekking Guide licensed by Government. Not included: Bicycle use; Snacks; Bottled water; and Alcoholic beverages. Always check the voucher for the final list before you travel.

Does Langtang Trek 13 Days include hotel pickup?

    +

Yes, pickup is offered for every traveler from 4 listed pickup locations in and around Kathmandu. Be ready about 60 minutes before the start time. You can also enter a custom pickup address when booking.

What languages is Langtang Trek 13 Days offered in?

    +

It is offered in Hindi, Portuguese, English, French and Spanish. Pick your language when choosing a date and time, as not every departure runs in every language.

Will I get instant confirmation and a mobile ticket for Langtang Trek 13 Days?

    +

Confirmation is sent by the operator after booking, usually within 48 hours; if it is not confirmed you are not charged. Mobile tickets are accepted, so you can show the voucher on your phone.

Is Langtang Trek 13 Days wheelchair or stroller accessible?

    +

The operator notes: Not recommended for pregnant travelers. If accessibility is critical, contact the operator after booking to confirm arrangements for your date.

What happens to Langtang Trek 13 Days if the weather is bad?

    +

It generally runs rain or shine, so dress for the forecast in Kathmandu. Standard cancellation terms apply: free cancellation up to 24 hours before the start.

What do travelers say about Langtang Trek 13 Days?

    +
