So bad it borders on false advertising
Worst trip ever- highly suggest avoiding it!!!! I had nothing but issues with the company (not communicating) and driver from start to finish. False advertising- don't expect to do both the gondola and hot springs it's really one or the other. They skipped other stops, cut stops short, an add 2 lakes unannounced. They changed the hotel pickup via email (only) after 9pm the night before. They were 20 mins late picking us up, no warning. The tour ran over more than 2hrs past the allotted time - making me almost miss a tour. The bus physically wasn't up to par, and most of the participants would (and at one point some did voice concerns) about the drivers choices - like speeding or aggressive driving/passing.... and sadly the list of issues goes on, but you get the idea. It seemed like they tried to mix tour booking without telling anyone so no one got the tour they signed up for.

Don’t go on this one!
Total confusion at pickup. No advice about parking a car. The vehicle was a rattle trap! It needed new suspension and shocks! Our guide, Sam, was also the driver. He couldn’t explain anything as he drove. There was no microphone. Stay away from this one!
