Nara and Kyoto luxury tour family of 4
Nara - Kyoto tour was great, we had a family of 4 with 2 daughters 13-10. Yama was great. He was able very patient with my daughter’s slower pace and was able to help us get to all the different places we ask to be included as it was a fully customizable. The deer park was the highlight of the trip for me. But every stop was great. He recommended the treat shop that had the purple yams and it was a great decision as we had that on our list to do any ways. The only thing was that I paid for all of the attractions, which was fine, but I also had to pay 15000 yen that was supposed to include admission fees parking and tolls. I paid this and the entrance fees. So I feel I paid double for these. I hope the company can reimburse me for this. Other than that, the day was great and would recommend the company so long as I get an explanation / refund of the issue.

A Very Special Kyoto Nara Tour
I wanted to customize my Kyoto and Nara experience. Usually tours only go to Nara, Arishiyama, Inari gates and temples within Kyoto. Yama our fluent English speaking guide was very pleasant and flexible and as a result we were also able to have a wonderful experience in Uji. I would highly recommend this tour.

Wonderful guide
Our guide was wonderful! He was so hardworking and dedicated to us. While we were touring, I accidentally lost my phone and he went above and beyond to help me get it back and I can never thank him enough for it. He then got us right back on track with our next stop. Our experience would not have been the same without him.

Best tour in Kyoto!
Our tour guide today was Yama, he was a great communicator before and during our tour. He wanted to know exactly what sites we wanted to visit. His car is very comfortable and he picked us up exactly from our hotel. He knew all the spots to get great photos without the crowds and we shared a great lunch together. He is very patient and made us feel welcomed and relaxed. We certainly would use him on our next visit to Japan. Thank you Yama!
