Fun to make, very tasty to eat!
What a great 90 minutes! Learning about Ramen and then making it, using traditional techniques and learning about Japanese flavours along the way. Our instructor went at a perfect pace, and we all ended up with a fantastic Ramen dinner - my best ever! Instructions on how to get to the venue were perfect. We even got a surprise gift to take away! I can see why this is an award-winning experience. A must for foodies!

First Time Making Ramen
I love cooking and never had the chance to make ramen before so I decided to take this class. I enjoyed the expereince a lot! The class wasn't super long and the explanation about the origins of ramen was brief and informative. The steps we took to actually make the ramen were straight foward and easy to follow. We were also allowed a bit of freedom to customize the broth and toppings we wanted to use as well which was a plus! The ramen itself also turned out really good and was better than anything else I've made by myself so I felt very proud of myself. 10/10 would recommend.
