Kyajo Ri Peak with Nepal Guide Treks, Great Experience

This is an awesome trip. Right from the start was looked after really well. Prakash is always around to answers my any questions. Our plane to Lukla was cancelled due to bad weather but we fly next day to Lukla. Our Guide Sona Sherpa far surpassed any guides we met anywhere in their knowledge of area and experience level. During the trip, our guide Sona always look after us and follow the rule what he told us. The guide ensured everyone was roping off strongly and correctly. we did successfully summit the kyajo ri peak, all credit goes to Sona. Views were stunning from the top and memorable lifetime experience. Thanks to organizing Nepal Guide Treks team successfully trip of kyajo peak specially Prakash, Guide Sona and Porters who help us a lot. We will be back to Nepal in the future and will not even bother trying any other trekking agency.

Kyajo Ri Peak Climb Successfully!!!!

I did a solo trip with Nepal Guide Treks to take on Kyajo ri peak in 18 days. My experience with Nepal Guide Treks was great and adventures peak climbing. When I arrived in Kathmandu, I warmly received by hotel staff of Aryatara hotel, They drop me in Hotel. After spending a few days exploring kathmandu city and meeting my climbing guide, Lakpa Sherpa and Mr. Prakash (owner), everything told detailed about Kyajo ri peak. Next day, we flew out to Lukla to begin our trek. Throughout the trek, my guide and porter were incredibly supportive and taught me about their culture and surrounding himalaya. Despite the Kyajo ri peak is trekking peak but that peak was difficult to climb for me. Without my guide, I cannot successfully climb this peak. I was immensely satisfied with the climb. Despite the technical and logistical challenging of this trip, Nepal guide treks were handled perfectly. During trekking and climbing, they were extremely accommodating and most importantly communication which all helped to climb successfully. It was life long memory and experience himalaya of Nepal. I loved it. Next time, I will come with my friends to do trekking around Annapurna Thanks to my guide Lakpa Sherpa, Prakash and all those peoples who support me during climbing.

Response from the operator: Namaste Albin, Thanks for your feedback and your Experience with our company and with our Team. We are pleased that you did enjoy Kyajo Ri Peak Climbing successfully with our Guide Lakpa Sherpa and Team. We hope to get more and more opportunity to serve you our best in future.

Kyajo Ri Peak Climbing: questions travelers ask

Practical detail on this experience, plus the wider planning questions for Kathmandu.

How much does Kyajo Ri Peak Climbing cost?

+

Prices start at $3350 per person. The final price depends on the date, the time slot and the number of travelers, and peak weekends in Kathmandu usually price higher than midweek mornings. Live pricing and remaining availability are confirmed on the booking screen before you pay.

How long does Kyajo Ri Peak Climbing take?

+

Plan for about 408 hours from start to finish, not counting travel to the meeting point. Most travelers leave another 30 minutes on either side so the rest of the day in Kathmandu is not rushed.

Is Kyajo Ri Peak Climbing worth it?

+

It holds an Outty Ranking of 62 out of 100, which we label "Solid Choice". That score blends traveler sentiment (5/5 across 4 reviews), the depth of that review evidence, recent booking momentum, value for money against comparable last minute in Kathmandu, and how flexible the cancellation terms are.

Can I cancel or reschedule Kyajo Ri Peak Climbing?

+

Yes. Cancel free up to 24 hours before the start time for a full refund. Inside that window the booking is non-refundable, and no-shows are not refunded.

Is Kyajo Ri Peak Climbing suitable for kids and families?

+

The operator sets a minimum age of 18. Older children generally do well here, and families should factor in the 408-hour running time when deciding.

How far in advance should I book Kyajo Ri Peak Climbing?

+

Around 1 people booked this in the last 30 days, so popular slots go early. Two to three weeks ahead is comfortable in shoulder season, while summer weekends and holidays in Kathmandu can sell out a month out. Same-day spots do open up when other travelers cancel, so it is worth checking if you are already in town.

What should I bring or wear?

+

Bring photo ID, your booking confirmation on your phone, a refillable water bottle and comfortable shoes. Dress for the weather in Kathmandu and add a light layer if any part of the 408-hour experience runs outdoors or after sunset.

Where does Kyajo Ri Peak Climbing start and how do I get there?

+

The exact meeting point and directions are on your voucher once you book, and they sit in central Kathmandu within reach of public transport. Arrive 15 minutes early: late arrivals are treated as no-shows by most operators.

What are the best things to do in Kathmandu?

+

On Outty we rank every Kathmandu experience on the same 0 to 100 scale, and alongside this one the highest scorers right now include Private Kathmandu Sightseeing Tour | UNESCO World Heritage sites, Classic Everest Base Camp Trek, Manaslu Circuit Trek. The city page groups everything into most popular, highest reviewed, last minute and family-friendly so you can build a day around what actually delivers.

When is the best time to visit Kathmandu?

+

Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.

How many days do you need in Kathmandu?

+

Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.

Do I book through Outty or through the operator?

+

Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.
