    Not really worth the money!

This experience is mainly for people who have never ridden a horse or ATV, everything was very rushed and each adventure wasn’t as long as advertised. The helmets we had to wear were pretty smelly as well as the life jackets. Our time at the TINY cenote was also very rushed and not what we expected, and not nearly the beautiful nature experience we expected. The food was mediocre at best and they were very adamant that we should tip them

Response from the operator: Hello Thank you very much for taking the time to share such detailed feedback about your experience. We are genuinely sorry to hear that the tour did not meet your expectations, and we truly appreciate your honesty. We understand how disappointing it can be when an experience feels rushed, especially when you are looking forward to enjoying each activity at a relaxed pace and immersing yourself in nature. Your comments about the duration of the horse riding, ATV ride, and time at the cenote are very important to us. The intention of this experience is to offer a combination of activities within a set schedule, but we completely understand that this may feel limited—particularly for guests who were expecting longer or more in-depth adventures. We are also very sorry to hear about the condition of the helmets and life jackets. Cleanliness and comfort are essential, and this is not the standard we strive to maintain. Your feedback will be shared directly with our operations team so this can be reviewed and corrected. Regarding the cenote, we regret that it did not provide the natural and beautiful experience you were hoping for. We know how meaningful these moments are, especially when visiting a destination known for its nature, and we’re sorry that this part of the tour fell short of your expectations. We also apologize if the food and the way tipping was handled made you feel uncomfortable. Tips should always be optional and based solely on the guest’s satisfaction, and we regret if this was not communicated or perceived that way during your visit. Please know that your feedback is taken very seriously and helps us improve both our service and communication, so future guests have a clearer understanding of what to expect and a better overall experience. While we regret that this was not the memorable adventure you hoped for, we truly appreciate you bringing these concerns to our attention and hope you might consider giving us another opportunity in the future to provide a much more positive and enjoyable experience. Best regards

Jungle Triple Adventure Horseback, Ziplines and Cenote: questions travelers ask

Practical detail on this experience, plus the wider planning questions for Cancun.

How much does Jungle Triple Adventure Horseback, Ziplines and Cenote cost?

    +

Prices start at $129 per person. The final price depends on the date, the time slot and the number of travelers, and peak weekends in Cancun usually price higher than midweek mornings. Live pricing and remaining availability are confirmed on the booking screen before you pay.

How long does Jungle Triple Adventure Horseback, Ziplines and Cenote take?

    +

Plan for about 3 hours from start to finish, not counting travel to the meeting point. Most travelers leave another 30 minutes on either side so the rest of the day in Cancun is not rushed.

Is Jungle Triple Adventure Horseback, Ziplines and Cenote worth it?

    +

It holds an Outty Ranking of 41 out of 100, which we label "Worth a Look". That score blends traveler sentiment (3/5 across 1 reviews), the depth of that review evidence, recent booking momentum, value for money against comparable last minute in Cancun, and how flexible the cancellation terms are.

Can I cancel or reschedule Jungle Triple Adventure Horseback, Ziplines and Cenote?

    +

Yes. Cancel free up to 24 hours before the start time for a full refund. Inside that window the booking is non-refundable, and no-shows are not refunded.

Is Jungle Triple Adventure Horseback, Ziplines and Cenote suitable for kids and families?

    +

Yes, all ages are welcome. Families should still weigh the 3-hour running time, and strollers are easier on the earlier, quieter departures.

How far in advance should I book Jungle Triple Adventure Horseback, Ziplines and Cenote?

    +

Around 0 people booked this in the last 30 days, so popular slots go early. Two to three weeks ahead is comfortable in shoulder season, while summer weekends and holidays in Cancun can sell out a month out. Same-day spots do open up when other travelers cancel, so it is worth checking if you are already in town.

What should I bring or wear?

    +

Bring photo ID, your booking confirmation on your phone, a refillable water bottle and comfortable shoes. Dress for the weather in Cancun and add a light layer if any part of the 3-hour experience runs outdoors or after sunset.

Where does Jungle Triple Adventure Horseback, Ziplines and Cenote start and how do I get there?

    +

The exact meeting point and directions are on your voucher once you book, and they sit in central Cancun within reach of public transport. Arrive 15 minutes early: late arrivals are treated as no-shows by most operators.

What are the best things to do in Cancun?

    +

On Outty we rank every Cancun experience on the same 0 to 100 scale, and alongside this one the highest scorers right now include Early Access to Chichen Itza All Inclusive with Valladolid and Cenote Swim, Whale Shark Tour from Cancun, Playa del Carmen, Tulum and Riviera Maya, Small-Group 3 Hidden Cenotes Adventure with Tequila Tasting. The city page groups everything into most popular, highest reviewed, last minute and family-friendly so you can build a day around what actually delivers.

When is the best time to visit Cancun?

    +

Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.

How many days do you need in Cancun?

    +

Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.

Do I book through Outty or through the operator?

    +

Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.
