The best experience EVER!!!
Wow wow wow, this was incredible, our guide Layla was so informative, friendly and went out of her way to give us a really authentic experience. Definitely recommend this, we went right off the beaten track, photos at the top of a viewing area , and a trek through a shallow part of the river followed by a well deserved lunch.

We visited last week and...
We visited last week and had a fabulous trail ride. The guide, ours was Kayla, was very informative and helpful for guests with little or no experience horseback. She set out with a plan so we would all have a safe and calm trail ride which we did. Crossed riverbed, wiggled through the meadows and gently climbed to a peak where all rides could enjoy the view of the Snake River. They take the ride, rain or shine, unless there is danger present.!! The horses experienced on the terrain and were well behaved. Slickers provided on each horse if a shower pops up.??we took the two hour ride but did not want it to end. Could easily go longer. Given the opportunity, we would go back to Turpin. Very scenic. We had lunch at their lodge,?which was very inviting, and the food was absolutely delicious.

Beautiful Views and Friendly Guides
Nice ride, although a bit remote. Try to pick a cool day to do it because there is little to no shade. The included lunch was first rate. You will not be disappointed with the food.

Great experience for all levels
Great guide who really knew the land and each horses personality! My mom is not experienced and was a little afraid and they made sure to get her a calm lead horse and continuously checked in on her! Overall great experience

Very nice ride!
Great ride into the hills. Kayla (our guide) was great - very knowledgeable and kept us safe. The horses were good trail horses; sure footed and calm.

Jackson Hole Horseback Riding & Lunch in Bridger Teton NF: questions travelers ask
Practical detail on this experience, plus the wider planning questions for Jackson Hole.
How much does Jackson Hole Horseback Riding & Lunch in Bridger Teton NF cost?
+
Prices start at $190 per person. The final price depends on the date, the time slot and the number of travelers, and peak weekends in Jackson Hole usually price higher than midweek mornings. Live pricing and remaining availability are confirmed on the booking screen before you pay.
How long does Jackson Hole Horseback Riding & Lunch in Bridger Teton NF take?
+
Plan for about 2 hours from start to finish, not counting travel to the meeting point. Most travelers leave another 30 minutes on either side so the rest of the day in Jackson Hole is not rushed.
Is Jackson Hole Horseback Riding & Lunch in Bridger Teton NF worth it?
+
It holds an Outty Ranking of 80 out of 100, which we label "Exceptional". That score blends traveler sentiment (4.9/5 across 126 reviews), the depth of that review evidence, recent booking momentum, value for money against comparable last minute in Jackson Hole, and how flexible the cancellation terms are.
Can I cancel or reschedule Jackson Hole Horseback Riding & Lunch in Bridger Teton NF?
+
Yes. Cancel free up to 24 hours before the start time for a full refund. Inside that window the booking is non-refundable, and no-shows are not refunded.
Is Jackson Hole Horseback Riding & Lunch in Bridger Teton NF suitable for kids and families?
+
Yes, all ages are welcome. Families should still weigh the 2-hour running time, and strollers are easier on the earlier, quieter departures.
How far in advance should I book Jackson Hole Horseback Riding & Lunch in Bridger Teton NF?
+
Around 44 people booked this in the last 30 days, so popular slots go early. Two to three weeks ahead is comfortable in shoulder season, while summer weekends and holidays in Jackson Hole can sell out a month out. Same-day spots do open up when other travelers cancel, so it is worth checking if you are already in town.
What should I bring or wear?
+
Bring photo ID, your booking confirmation on your phone, a refillable water bottle and comfortable shoes. Dress for the weather in Jackson Hole and add a light layer if any part of the 2-hour experience runs outdoors or after sunset.
Where does Jackson Hole Horseback Riding & Lunch in Bridger Teton NF start and how do I get there?
+
The exact meeting point and directions are on your voucher once you book, and they sit in central Jackson Hole within reach of public transport. Arrive 15 minutes early: late arrivals are treated as no-shows by most operators.
What are the best things to do in Jackson Hole?
+
Jackson Hole is wildlife-first: sunrise safaris for moose, bison and bears in Grand Teton, Snake River floats, Yellowstone day trips and winter sleigh rides through the National Elk Refuge. Guide experience and optics quality separate the wildlife tours. On Outty we rank every Jackson Hole experience on the same 0 to 100 scale, and alongside this one the highest scorers right now include Snake River Scenic Float, 8 Hour Combination Snowshoe & Wildlife Viewing in Grand Teton National Park, Best of Jackson Hole Wildlife Private Safari Tour. The city page groups everything into most popular, highest reviewed, last minute and family-friendly so you can build a day around what actually delivers.
When is the best time to visit Jackson Hole?
+
June to September for hiking and floats, December to March for snow. Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.
How many days do you need in Jackson Hole?
+
Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.
Do I book through Outty or through the operator?
+
Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.
