Relax & enjoy the Bosphorus
If you have a small group or it is just you and a partner, a breakfast yacht cruise is one of the best ways to experience the Bosphorus. The boat was well maintained that can accommodate 8+ guests comfortably at the table and more elsewhere. The traditional breakfast was from a local restaurant along the way. My wife and I enjoyed our time with Kayra and his mates.

Something's Fishy...
We arrived at the meeting point 20 minutes early. No signage of any kind. 15 minutes after starting time, the boat pulled up VERY QUICKLY (as if hiding from the shore police). They allowed 5 other passengers to board. The crew kept saying, "hurry, hurry, hurry"! I showed them our tickets, but HE WOULD NOT ALLOW US TO BOARD!! The ship immediately sped off, leaving us dumbfounded! I had to fumble with my phone trying to find out how to get in contact directly with Viator. Couldn't readily find the number, but finally found the local number to call the vendor directly. Of course, the party on the line did not speak English, and hung up on me. Found a local Turk who graciously agreed to translate the 2nd phone call on our behalf. He just kept telling me to "wait here, wait here" but offered no explanation. About 10 minutes later, the SAME SHIP again returned VERY quickly, and rushed us on board! Once on board, things became a lot calmer, and they began serving LOTS of food for us (now-totaling 7) passengers. The next hour and a half was a delightful experience, although we only received a 90-minute experience as opposed to the promised 2 hours we had paid for. When we returned to shore, we were - again - ushered off very quickly. On shore, a local citizen later informed us that that was not a lawful passenger pick-up point. (It's a city park.) ....Hence the 'covert loading' & unloading, I guess.... Not only were we slighted 30 minutes off our our tour, but also incurred the additional cost of TWO international phone calls! Viator, you can be better than this!
Response from the operator: Dear Guest, First of all, we are truly sorry for the confusion and stress you experienced during boarding. This is definitely not the impression we want our guests to have. We would like to clarify that our staff initially had difficulty locating your reservation because the booking voucher was not shown at first. For security and operational reasons, all guests are required to present their voucher or booking confirmation before boarding. After the voucher was shown, our team immediately allowed you on board and the tour continued normally. Additionally, there was some confusion because an attempt was made to board a third person who was not included in the reservation and did not have a valid ticket. This also made the boarding process more difficult for our staff. We would also like to clarify that the boarding location is not a public park, but an official port area where boarding and drop-off operations are legal and regularly organized for our tours. Unfortunately, the delay during the voucher verification process affected the timing of the tour, which is why the experience was slightly shorter than expected. We sincerely apologize for this inconvenience and understand your frustration. Despite the difficult start, we are very happy to hear that you enjoyed the cruise itself, the food, and the overall experience onboard. Thank you for your feedback and understanding.

Amazing relaxing two hour...
Amazing relaxing two hour cruise of the Bosphorous that goes from Maiden's Tower to almost all the way inland. You will enjoy vast panoramic views of the city and kind, unobtrusive service. Breakfast is typical Turkish fair and rich in options. My friend and I were the only ones on the boat and so had a great "private" experience. It is not a "guided" tour, so if you'd like to learn about the city's history or landmarks, perhaps another tour would be suitable.

Why this scores 60
The Outty Ranking is a weighted composite. Here is how this experience performed on each component.
Istanbul Morning Bosphorus Yacht Cruise with Turkish Breakfast: questions travelers ask
Practical detail on this experience, plus the wider planning questions for Istanbul.
How much does Istanbul Morning Bosphorus Yacht Cruise with Turkish Breakfast cost?
+
Prices start at $20 per person. The final price depends on the date, the time slot and the number of travelers, and peak weekends in Istanbul usually price higher than midweek mornings. Live pricing and remaining availability are confirmed on the booking screen before you pay.
How long does Istanbul Morning Bosphorus Yacht Cruise with Turkish Breakfast take?
+
Plan for about 2 hours from start to finish, not counting travel to the meeting point. Most travelers leave another 30 minutes on either side so the rest of the day in Istanbul is not rushed.
Is Istanbul Morning Bosphorus Yacht Cruise with Turkish Breakfast worth it?
+
It holds an Outty Ranking of 60 out of 100, which we label "Worth a Look". That score blends traveler sentiment (4.5/5 across 4 reviews), the depth of that review evidence, recent booking momentum, value for money against comparable last minute in Istanbul, and how flexible the cancellation terms are.
Can I cancel or reschedule Istanbul Morning Bosphorus Yacht Cruise with Turkish Breakfast?
+
Yes. Cancel free up to 24 hours before the start time for a full refund. Inside that window the booking is non-refundable, and no-shows are not refunded.
Is Istanbul Morning Bosphorus Yacht Cruise with Turkish Breakfast suitable for kids and families?
+
Yes, all ages are welcome. Families should still weigh the 2-hour running time, and strollers are easier on the earlier, quieter departures.
How far in advance should I book Istanbul Morning Bosphorus Yacht Cruise with Turkish Breakfast?
+
Around 1 people booked this in the last 30 days, so popular slots go early. Two to three weeks ahead is comfortable in shoulder season, while summer weekends and holidays in Istanbul can sell out a month out. Same-day spots do open up when other travelers cancel, so it is worth checking if you are already in town.
What should I bring or wear?
+
Bring photo ID, your booking confirmation on your phone, a refillable water bottle and comfortable shoes. Dress for the weather in Istanbul and add a light layer if any part of the 2-hour experience runs outdoors or after sunset.
Where does Istanbul Morning Bosphorus Yacht Cruise with Turkish Breakfast start and how do I get there?
+
The exact meeting point and directions are on your voucher once you book, and they sit in central Istanbul within reach of public transport. Arrive 15 minutes early: late arrivals are treated as no-shows by most operators.
What are the best things to do in Istanbul?
+
On Outty we rank every Istanbul experience on the same 0 to 100 scale, and alongside this one the highest scorers right now include Best of Istanbul 1, 2 or 3-Day Private Guided Istanbul Tour, Istanbul Luxury Bosphorus Yacht Cruise with Asian Side Stop, ISTANBUL BEST: Iconic Landmarks Full Day PRIVATE Guided City Tour. The city page groups everything into most popular, highest reviewed, last minute and family-friendly so you can build a day around what actually delivers.
When is the best time to visit Istanbul?
+
Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.
How many days do you need in Istanbul?
+
Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.
Do I book through Outty or through the operator?
+
Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.
