Beautiful
It was a lovely evening; the Bosphorus is gorgeous. Great snacks and the tour guide was easy to understand and provided a lot of good information. The seats in the front of the boat are best - take a jacket and wear closed shoes this time of year! Also the transportation staff (hotel transfer) were friendly and professional.

We have attempted to contact the reviewer directly on multiple occasions to verify their identity, booking details, and alleged experience. Not a single response has been received. Let us make the following points absolutely clear: Our professional tour guides do not walk around barefoot. This accusation is entirely inconsistent with our staff's professional standards. We always serve our guests' orders. The allegation regarding an unserved drink does not reflect our established service procedures. We have been unable to verify that this reviewer was ever our customer. Despite our attempts to obtain clarification, the individual has provided no booking confirmation, date of travel, or response whatsoever. We find it deeply concerning that someone can publicly damage a reputable company's image through serious allegations without providing any evidence that they actually experienced the service. Given the circumstances, we have serious concerns that this review may have been submitted in bad faith, potentially by someone associated with a competitor. While we cannot establish the reviewer's motives, the complete lack of verifiable booking information and refusal to respond to our messages raise legitimate questions about its authenticity. Old Crone Boat Review
Went on the cruise with two women in their upper 70s. They both enjoyed their two hours on the water. One chose to stay inside and the other was outside. A good sampling of Turkish snacks to include baklava and fruit/nuts were included. One thing I would have liked to have changed is that the pickup time is not the same as the one shown in the listing. We were under the impression that we were being picked up at 5 pm when the reality was they stopped by at 4:30pm. I would have appreciated being informed of the meetup time prior to departing. Staff was kind to my mother with walking issues and she appreciated getting a front row seat with ouch standing in line for it.
