    AH-MAZING!

The only negative comment I have is that we did not get our "free welcome drink" that we were supposed to get with our package. The trip was amazing! The cruise, the snorkeling, the beach, was amazing! I fell in love with Isla! The staff was amazing! They were professional, courteous, kind, and fun! They definitely kept the drinks coming which was awesome! The professional photographer did an amazing job!

    A good day.

Our tour guides and boat crew were amazing! They remembered our names, and drink orders, so it felt very imitate and personal. They made sure to check on us often. I truly enjoyed the entire staff!! There was no pickup. We had to meet at Tortuga Beach. They sent us a Google map link of where to meet and it took us to the incorrect location. The customer service person, Yvonne, was not helpful in figuring out where to go. She just kept saying to use the link which we had done. When I asked her for what landmark to look for, she just kept saying go to the beach. The beach is large though! She didn’t say where on the beach to go. Finally, we ask a guy that worked for another tour group for directions and he was able to help. We needed to drive another 5 minutes down the road to get to the pick up spot. You are better off typing in “playa tortuga” in the gps, instead of using their link. When we did arrive, parking was free. A lot of men run up to you and try to get you to book with them. So be sure you know what you are looking for. Since we had incorrect instructions of where to go, we thought we’d miss the boat. However, the boat left late so we were fine. After being late, we waited another 30 minutes. great value for the money. Loved the crew and the views. I wish we saw more of the underwater museum and more types of fish which snorkeling. I wish the drinks were stronger. I wish the customer service girl had more information and was better able to help. When you arrive, look for the guys in the white shirts that say “Joluga travel”.

Response from the operator: Thank you very much for your feed back . We are glad to see you enjoy the trip and the service from the boat crew. We really apologize for the wrong instructions send it to you, we realize there are two different pins for Playa Tortugas. We have amended the address on the instructions in order to avoid future issues. Once again we do apologize.

Everyone was really nice! Kept our drinks full. But Viator made the mistake by telling us they’re 3 their boat was fixed, when it wasn’t. But it was still a good time. Covid is still going on so the beach was closed at isla de mujeres which sucked but we could rent golf carts for an hour for $14.

Response from the operator: Thank you for your feedback, we are glad this excursion worked for you

Isla Mujeres All Inclusive Sailboat Experience: questions travelers ask

Practical detail on this experience, plus the wider planning questions for Cancun.

How much does Isla Mujeres All Inclusive Sailboat Experience cost?

    +

Prices start at $90 per person. The final price depends on the date, the time slot and the number of travelers, and peak weekends in Cancun usually price higher than midweek mornings. Live pricing and remaining availability are confirmed on the booking screen before you pay.

How long does Isla Mujeres All Inclusive Sailboat Experience take?

    +

Plan for about 7 hours from start to finish, not counting travel to the meeting point. Most travelers leave another 30 minutes on either side so the rest of the day in Cancun is not rushed.

Is Isla Mujeres All Inclusive Sailboat Experience worth it?

    +

It holds an Outty Ranking of 55 out of 100, which we label "Worth a Look". That score blends traveler sentiment (4.3/5 across 4 reviews), the depth of that review evidence, recent booking momentum, value for money against comparable last minute in Cancun, and how flexible the cancellation terms are.

Can I cancel or reschedule Isla Mujeres All Inclusive Sailboat Experience?

    +

Yes. Cancel free up to 24 hours before the start time for a full refund. Inside that window the booking is non-refundable, and no-shows are not refunded.

Is Isla Mujeres All Inclusive Sailboat Experience suitable for kids and families?

    +

Yes, all ages are welcome. Families should still weigh the 7-hour running time, and strollers are easier on the earlier, quieter departures.

How far in advance should I book Isla Mujeres All Inclusive Sailboat Experience?

    +

Around 1 people booked this in the last 30 days, so popular slots go early. Two to three weeks ahead is comfortable in shoulder season, while summer weekends and holidays in Cancun can sell out a month out. Same-day spots do open up when other travelers cancel, so it is worth checking if you are already in town.

What should I bring or wear?

    +

Bring photo ID, your booking confirmation on your phone, a refillable water bottle and comfortable shoes. Dress for the weather in Cancun and add a light layer if any part of the 7-hour experience runs outdoors or after sunset.

Where does Isla Mujeres All Inclusive Sailboat Experience start and how do I get there?

    +

The exact meeting point and directions are on your voucher once you book, and they sit in central Cancun within reach of public transport. Arrive 15 minutes early: late arrivals are treated as no-shows by most operators.

What are the best things to do in Cancun?

    +

On Outty we rank every Cancun experience on the same 0 to 100 scale, and alongside this one the highest scorers right now include Early Access to Chichen Itza All Inclusive with Valladolid and Cenote Swim, Whale Shark Tour from Cancun, Playa del Carmen, Tulum and Riviera Maya, Small-Group 3 Hidden Cenotes Adventure with Tequila Tasting. The city page groups everything into most popular, highest reviewed, last minute and family-friendly so you can build a day around what actually delivers.

When is the best time to visit Cancun?

    +

Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.

How many days do you need in Cancun?

    +

Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.

Do I book through Outty or through the operator?

    +

Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.
