Thrilling day in the jungle.

We had such a fun day at the eco-park in Tulum. The zip lines were fast and safe, and the ATV ride through the jungle was a highlight. Staff were friendly and kept everything well organized. It felt adventurous but still very comfortable. Definitely worth it if you’re looking for some adrenaline.

Disorganized

The ATV circuit is quite boring, up and down the pathway without any purpose. I deff recommend solo riders because it can be difficult to control. The bikes dont undergo much maintenence - 2 bikes broke down in our tour. The ziplines is the best part and what made the trip worth it, along with swiming in the cenote in a pitch dark cave. You wont be able to make pictures due to the darkness and it can be super creepy, but totally worth the experience. Mexican food is delicous, yet the lunch offered was aweful - i can buy the same taquitos at costco and burn them myself. Plus you dont eat in peace since this is when they try to sell you the pictures. Overall the tour felt disorganized, unresponsive to inquiries, late pick up. Tip: we did the entire tour in watershoes to not get so much mud in ours, and was the best decision.

Response from the operator: Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. We appreciate your honest feedback, and we’re glad to hear you enjoyed the ziplines and the unique cenote swim. We’re sorry to hear about your concerns regarding the ATV circuit and bike maintenance. Your comments will help us address these issues and improve our services. We also apologize for the quality of the lunch and any disorganization you experienced; we strive for a seamless experience, and your input will guide our efforts to enhance our operations. Thank you for the helpful tip about water shoes! We hope to have the chance to provide you with a more organized and enjoyable experience in the future. Your satisfaction is important to us!

So much fun

Atv was so fun it was so easy to use not complicated at all it was like driving a bike but dirt does get everywhere and it was a bit rocky

Response from the operator: Thank you for your review! We're delighted to hear that you had a fun experience with the ATVs and found them easy to use. It's true that dirt can get everywhere, especially on rocky terrain, but we hope that added to the adventure! Your feedback is invaluable, and we appreciate your understanding. We look forward to welcoming you on your next outdoor adventure!

Not all as advertised

Price is great but the "environmental fee" or whatever is like an additional 36 USD per person. ATV was fun, ziplining was fun, there was no rappelling (like advertised) cenote was fun, food was bland and also not as advertised. It said there would be fajitas but all we got was two little dry sticks of taquitos with a small portion of rice and a bean soup... Overall I guess you pay what you get but don't advertise things when it is not provided.

Response from the operator: Thank you for your feedback. We appreciate your input and are glad to hear you enjoyed the ATV ride, ziplining, and cenote experience. We apologize for the unexpected additional environmental fee and for any discrepancies between what was advertised and what you received, particularly regarding the meal. Your concerns are important to us, and we will investigate the details of the meal offerings and the activities included in the tour. Clear communication is a priority, and we want to ensure our listings accurately reflect what guests can expect. Thank you for bringing this to our attention, and we hope to have the opportunity to provide you with a more satisfying experience in the future.

Incredible Adrenaline Eco-park in Tulum: questions travelers ask

Practical detail on this experience, plus the wider planning questions for Playa del Carmen.

How much does Incredible Adrenaline Eco-park in Tulum cost?

+

Prices start at $32 per person. The final price depends on the date, the time slot and the number of travelers, and peak weekends in Playa del Carmen usually price higher than midweek mornings. Live pricing and remaining availability are confirmed on the booking screen before you pay.

How long does Incredible Adrenaline Eco-park in Tulum take?

+

Plan for about 5 hours from start to finish, not counting travel to the meeting point. Most travelers leave another 30 minutes on either side so the rest of the day in Playa del Carmen is not rushed.

Is Incredible Adrenaline Eco-park in Tulum worth it?

+

It holds an Outty Ranking of 59 out of 100, which we label "Worth a Look". That score blends traveler sentiment (4/5 across 7 reviews), the depth of that review evidence, recent booking momentum, value for money against comparable last minute in Playa del Carmen, and how flexible the cancellation terms are.

Can I cancel or reschedule Incredible Adrenaline Eco-park in Tulum?

+

Yes. Cancel free up to 24 hours before the start time for a full refund. Inside that window the booking is non-refundable, and no-shows are not refunded.

Is Incredible Adrenaline Eco-park in Tulum suitable for kids and families?

+

Yes, all ages are welcome. Families should still weigh the 5-hour running time, and strollers are easier on the earlier, quieter departures.

How far in advance should I book Incredible Adrenaline Eco-park in Tulum?

+

Around 2 people booked this in the last 30 days, so popular slots go early. Two to three weeks ahead is comfortable in shoulder season, while summer weekends and holidays in Playa del Carmen can sell out a month out. Same-day spots do open up when other travelers cancel, so it is worth checking if you are already in town.

What should I bring or wear?

+

Bring photo ID, your booking confirmation on your phone, a refillable water bottle and comfortable shoes. Dress for the weather in Playa del Carmen and add a light layer if any part of the 5-hour experience runs outdoors or after sunset.

Where does Incredible Adrenaline Eco-park in Tulum start and how do I get there?

+

The exact meeting point and directions are on your voucher once you book, and they sit in central Playa del Carmen within reach of public transport. Arrive 15 minutes early: late arrivals are treated as no-shows by most operators.

What are the best things to do in Playa del Carmen?

+

On Outty we rank every Playa del Carmen experience on the same 0 to 100 scale, and alongside this one the highest scorers right now include VIP Chichen Itza Private Tour, VIP Tulum Private Tour, Chichen Itza Private Tour VIP. The city page groups everything into most popular, highest reviewed, last minute and family-friendly so you can build a day around what actually delivers.

When is the best time to visit Playa del Carmen?

+

Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.

How many days do you need in Playa del Carmen?

+

Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.

Do I book through Outty or through the operator?

+

Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.
