    A Number One

Booked through online search. A list of Sunset Cruise firms appeared. Payment via their “Book now” search link resulted in only a statement to the effect of “You re Booked,” or something akin. Received no online ticket confirmation, nor confirmation via text, or any other positive feedback that we were confirmed. Would like to have received such. Had to waste time calling the booking office to verify our reservation was listed. Sebago also should have an exploded map view of their check in location along with above stated confirmation communication. Aside from that, the cruise was superb. Captain and 1st mate John were extremely gracious, hospitable and accommodating. The outfitted Tiki style barge vessel is super nice, very original, and has an A1 sound system. Crewmember John solicited any music requests, which I really liked. Cold Margaritas and Pina Coladas were offered, along with beer, champagne and wines. All was perfect. Highly recommended !

Response from the operator: Thank you for sharing your experience on our Sandbar Safari! I am sorry to hear that you had a difficult time confirming your excursion. You reserved with a third party, Viator, so we do not have control over the booking process or confirmation. I am thrilled that your time out on the water more than made up for this inconvenience! Sounds like it was a perfect day out at the sandbar. We hope to see you back out on the water soon!

    Loved it!

Not sure why there were only two reviews when looking (on Viator) but we made the decision. Very happy, had a great time with our friends, smaller boat party compared to other services, the Crew was amazing, constantly attentive, and just fun. Travis kept us happy, captain was skillful and got the job done. Beautiful sunset with great pics. Comfortable seating options, hopefully they keep space limited, added to the mingling and comfort. Highly recommend.

Response from the operator: Thank you for the 5 stars, Kevin! Great crew, fun crowd, and plenty of room to relax always makes for a good time. Hope to see you back on board soon!

    Tipsy Tiki

I want to start by saying that my husband and I have been on the sunset cruise with Sebago about a year ago and loved it. We thought we’d try another couple excursions on our most recent trip to the Keys. We chose Tipsy Tiki and the afternoon snorkel tour. Both were an absolute hoot! The staff on both boats were amazing and genuinely care about your experience. Both our trips included unlimited beverages. Ultimately the crew is what made the trip fun! We will definitely re book in the future.

Response from the operator: Thank you for the 5 stars! We’re so glad to have you back—and even more thrilled that you branched out and had a blast on both the Tipsy Tiki and the afternoon snorkel tour! Our crew truly loves what they do, and it means the world to hear that their energy and care made your experiences unforgettable. Unlimited beverages never hurt, but it's the amazing guests like you who really make the fun happen. We can’t wait to have you back for more adventures in the Keys!

Hula Hank's Key West Tipsy Tiki Sunset Cruise: questions travelers ask

Practical detail on this experience, plus the wider planning questions for Key West.

How much does Hula Hank's Key West Tipsy Tiki Sunset Cruise cost?

    +

Prices start at $79 per person. The final price depends on the date, the time slot and the number of travelers, and peak weekends in Key West usually price higher than midweek mornings. Live pricing and remaining availability are confirmed on the booking screen before you pay.

How long does Hula Hank's Key West Tipsy Tiki Sunset Cruise take?

    +

Plan for about 1.5 hours from start to finish, not counting travel to the meeting point. Most travelers leave another 30 minutes on either side so the rest of the day in Key West is not rushed.

Is Hula Hank's Key West Tipsy Tiki Sunset Cruise worth it?

    +

It holds an Outty Ranking of 59 out of 100, which we label "Worth a Look". That score blends traveler sentiment (5/5 across 6 reviews), the depth of that review evidence, recent booking momentum, value for money against comparable last minute in Key West, and how flexible the cancellation terms are.

Can I cancel or reschedule Hula Hank's Key West Tipsy Tiki Sunset Cruise?

    +

Yes. Cancel free up to 24 hours before the start time for a full refund. Inside that window the booking is non-refundable, and no-shows are not refunded.

Is Hula Hank's Key West Tipsy Tiki Sunset Cruise suitable for kids and families?

    +

Yes, all ages are welcome. Families should still weigh the 1.5-hour running time, and strollers are easier on the earlier, quieter departures.

How far in advance should I book Hula Hank's Key West Tipsy Tiki Sunset Cruise?

    +

Around 2 people booked this in the last 30 days, so popular slots go early. Two to three weeks ahead is comfortable in shoulder season, while summer weekends and holidays in Key West can sell out a month out. Same-day spots do open up when other travelers cancel, so it is worth checking if you are already in town.

What should I bring or wear?

    +

Bring photo ID, your booking confirmation on your phone, a refillable water bottle and comfortable shoes. Dress for the weather in Key West and add a light layer if any part of the 1.5-hour experience runs outdoors or after sunset.

Where does Hula Hank's Key West Tipsy Tiki Sunset Cruise start and how do I get there?

    +

The exact meeting point and directions are on your voucher once you book, and they sit in central Key West within reach of public transport. Arrive 15 minutes early: late arrivals are treated as no-shows by most operators.

What are the best things to do in Key West?

    +

Key West is a boat town. The only living coral barrier reef in the continental US sits seven miles offshore, and reef trips, sunset catamarans and backcountry kayak runs are the core bookings, alongside Hemingway house and Duval history walks. Our ranking weighs boat capacity and reef site rotation, which separates the good operators from the party cruises. On Outty we rank every Key West experience on the same 0 to 100 scale, and alongside this one the highest scorers right now include Shark and Wildlife Viewing Adventure in Key West, Southernmost Food & Cultural Walking Tour by Key West Food Tours, Half-Day Trip from Key West with Kayaking, Snorkeling & Sunset. The city page groups everything into most popular, highest reviewed, last minute and family-friendly so you can build a day around what actually delivers.

When is the best time to visit Key West?

    +

December to April, dry season and calm reef water. Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.

How many days do you need in Key West?

    +

Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.

Do I book through Outty or through the operator?

    +

Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.
