    10/10- No notes!

Booked this as a surprise for our anniversary and although it had to be pushed back another day- it was a super easy process and they offered other options if the excursions I wanted weren’t available or to provide a full refund. The actual excursion as amazing and wonderfully captained by Marie and guided by Lauren/ Kaylee. They were excellent hosts, kept us engaged throughout the trip, and made us feel safe. The boat was clean and they provided clear and direct expectations/ rules from the guests. The guided kayak tour from Kaylee proved to be educational & fun all wrapped in one! It was such a beautiful and relaxing moment of the trip. I would highly recommend booking with Danger Charters and getting to meet these lovely ladies!

    Perfect sunset !!

Last minute booking that exceeded expectations. Our boat only had six customers, captain Travis and family rdt mate Trevor were attentive and made it a fine evening. For what you pay for and time on the boat, well worth the money for the experience. Snorkel time and kayaking were great and finalized by a sunset cruise.

    Highly recommend

The crew was great thumbs up for Daniel Travis, and Ed. We snorkel road kayaks and had a sunset cruise back home. We were chasing the storm, but we beat it.

    Key West Adventure Day

What a great time ! The kayaks were great. I was pleasantly surprised how comfortable the seat were as other times I have used a kayak the sets were terribly uncomfortable. Lexie was an awesome guide and first mate. She worked her butt off to help Captain Joe give an awesome afternoon. The snorkeling was really cool. The friend we were with had been snorting several other times & places and agree this was one of the best they had experienced, Overall wonderful day !!!

How long does Half-Day Trip from Key West with Kayaking, Snorkeling & Sunset take?

    +

Plan for about 4.5 hours from start to finish, not counting travel to the meeting point. Most travelers leave another 30 minutes on either side so the rest of the day in Key West is not rushed.

Is Half-Day Trip from Key West with Kayaking, Snorkeling & Sunset worth it?

    +

It holds an Outty Ranking of 93 out of 100, which we label "90+ Club". That score blends traveler sentiment (4.9/5 across 1,832 reviews), the depth of that review evidence, recent booking momentum, value for money against comparable most popular in Key West, and how flexible the cancellation terms are. Scoring 90 or above puts it in the Outty 90+ Club, the top tier of everything we rank.

Can I cancel or reschedule Half-Day Trip from Key West with Kayaking, Snorkeling & Sunset?

    +

Yes. Cancel free up to 24 hours before the start time for a full refund. Inside that window the booking is non-refundable, and no-shows are not refunded.

Is Half-Day Trip from Key West with Kayaking, Snorkeling & Sunset suitable for kids and families?

How far in advance should I book Half-Day Trip from Key West with Kayaking, Snorkeling & Sunset?

    +

Around 641 people booked this in the last 30 days, so popular slots go early. Two to three weeks ahead is comfortable in shoulder season, while summer weekends and holidays in Key West can sell out a month out. Same-day spots do open up when other travelers cancel, so it is worth checking if you are already in town.

What should I bring or wear?

    +

Bring photo ID, your booking confirmation on your phone, a refillable water bottle and comfortable shoes. Dress for the weather in Key West and add a light layer if any part of the 4.5-hour experience runs outdoors or after sunset.

What are the best things to do in Key West?

    +

Key West is a boat town. The only living coral barrier reef in the continental US sits seven miles offshore, and reef trips, sunset catamarans and backcountry kayak runs are the core bookings, alongside Hemingway house and Duval history walks. Our ranking weighs boat capacity and reef site rotation, which separates the good operators from the party cruises. On Outty we rank every Key West experience on the same 0 to 100 scale, and alongside this one the highest scorers right now include Guided Bike Tour of Old Town Key West, Shark and Wildlife Viewing Adventure in Key West, Southernmost Food & Cultural Walking Tour by Key West Food Tours. The city page groups everything into most popular, highest reviewed, last minute and family-friendly so you can build a day around what actually delivers.

When is the best time to visit Key West?

    +

December to April, dry season and calm reef water. Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.

How many days do you need in Key West?

    +

Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.

Do I book through Outty or through the operator?

    +

Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.
