    Don’t do ATVs

Neat family owned business. The zip lines were perfect for families. Loved the horseback riding wish was a little longer. The ATVS are in poor condition the steering went out in one/ breaks in another AtV broke down and guides were nowhere in sight.

Response from the operator: Thanks for you kind review. Atvs are in, are under constant maintenance, you have to take into account that ATVs are not driven on a flat road, they are between rocky terrain. They are maintained day by day and the mechanic and the tour guide is with you all the time in the excursion so if any incident happens, it is fixed immediately. You were never alone, the guide always goes ahead of the group saying the instructions and the mechanic goes behind the entire group., ( It is not a road that you just turn on and drive) about the horses it is approximately 40 minutes of horses inside the jungle, please we cannot ask for more time to these beautiful creatures,. I believe and we know that 40 minutes is more than enough for the horses to do the tour with the passengers, when the activity finish they have to get hydrate, eat and rest, We take all the precautions and care of the horses so we know that it is the perfect time for them to make their journey in the jungle. And Thank you for pointing out ,Yes, it is Neat family owned business that is why they take good care of each persons that arrives at the park, it is important for them to give you all the best and get a good review so they can keep having customers and support their families and since the provide jobs, also their workers. Thanks

    Very Fun Excursion, Highly Recommended!

Fantastic excursion, this was our favorite. The zip lines were not too extreme, great for a first time. Chuck and his staff were professional and supportive in each area (zip lining, horseback riding, cenote swim, lunch). Recommend the horses over ATV's for a quiet and relaxing ride through the jungle, looking out for monkeys and toucans. Options to get into the cenote for a cool swim are jumping 20 ft, rapelling, or steps that lead down into it. I liked the cenote swim best, cool experience swimming in an underground cave with bats and super clear water. The different types of tacos for lunch were delicious. Highly recommend this trip!

Response from the operator: Thank you for choosing us on this tour, the diversity of activities is intended for you to have new experiences, we are here to serve you when you return and we hope to provide you with quality service again. :)

Horseback Riding, Cenote & Zipline Jungle Adventure: questions travelers ask

Practical detail on this experience, plus the wider planning questions for Cancun.

How much does Horseback Riding, Cenote & Zipline Jungle Adventure cost?

    +

Prices start at $70 per person. The final price depends on the date, the time slot and the number of travelers, and peak weekends in Cancun usually price higher than midweek mornings. Live pricing and remaining availability are confirmed on the booking screen before you pay.

How long does Horseback Riding, Cenote & Zipline Jungle Adventure take?

    +

Plan for about 4 hours from start to finish, not counting travel to the meeting point. Most travelers leave another 30 minutes on either side so the rest of the day in Cancun is not rushed.

Is Horseback Riding, Cenote & Zipline Jungle Adventure worth it?

    +

It holds an Outty Ranking of 49 out of 100, which we label "Worth a Look". That score blends traveler sentiment (4/5 across 2 reviews), the depth of that review evidence, recent booking momentum, value for money against comparable last minute in Cancun, and how flexible the cancellation terms are.

Can I cancel or reschedule Horseback Riding, Cenote & Zipline Jungle Adventure?

    +

Yes. Cancel free up to 24 hours before the start time for a full refund. Inside that window the booking is non-refundable, and no-shows are not refunded.

Is Horseback Riding, Cenote & Zipline Jungle Adventure suitable for kids and families?

    +

Yes, all ages are welcome. Families should still weigh the 4-hour running time, and strollers are easier on the earlier, quieter departures.

How far in advance should I book Horseback Riding, Cenote & Zipline Jungle Adventure?

    +

Around 1 people booked this in the last 30 days, so popular slots go early. Two to three weeks ahead is comfortable in shoulder season, while summer weekends and holidays in Cancun can sell out a month out. Same-day spots do open up when other travelers cancel, so it is worth checking if you are already in town.

What should I bring or wear?

    +

Bring photo ID, your booking confirmation on your phone, a refillable water bottle and comfortable shoes. Dress for the weather in Cancun and add a light layer if any part of the 4-hour experience runs outdoors or after sunset.

Where does Horseback Riding, Cenote & Zipline Jungle Adventure start and how do I get there?

    +

The exact meeting point and directions are on your voucher once you book, and they sit in central Cancun within reach of public transport. Arrive 15 minutes early: late arrivals are treated as no-shows by most operators.

What are the best things to do in Cancun?

    +

On Outty we rank every Cancun experience on the same 0 to 100 scale, and alongside this one the highest scorers right now include Early Access to Chichen Itza All Inclusive with Valladolid and Cenote Swim, Whale Shark Tour from Cancun, Playa del Carmen, Tulum and Riviera Maya, Small-Group 3 Hidden Cenotes Adventure with Tequila Tasting. The city page groups everything into most popular, highest reviewed, last minute and family-friendly so you can build a day around what actually delivers.

When is the best time to visit Cancun?

    +

Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.

How many days do you need in Cancun?

    +

Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.

Do I book through Outty or through the operator?

    +

Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.
