Disorganised, great activities

On arrival it was disorganised and chaotic trying to register. Staff mixed up groups and people were left not knowing what line to stand in to register. Eventually a staff member managed to sort it all out. The activities were great fun. Lunch was below par. At the end while waiting to purchase our photos it was a complete nightmare. We were told transport was not here yet and will only show up after we have purchased our photos. Some people waiting for nearly 2 hours for transport to leave. We ended up leaving without our photos. The question was asked about online purchase, to be told no they cannot as the don’t have a website. Upon arriving back at our hotel 1 hour later than planned. My wife found the online photo order form for the same price. Your photos are actually kept for 15 days before being deleted off their system. We know it’s a business however, after watching 2 staff member arguing with customer about photos and the lies about only buying photos in cash onsite was shocking. A group of 4 on our bus had to wait 2 hours on us finishing our trip as they split us up. It was very disappointing, to start and finish they way it did but, we can’t complain about the activities. We have just purchased our photos online. Please bear this in mind if your booking in future.

Response from the operator: Thank you for sharing your experience with us, we'll improve the check in process Due to the weather during that day, the transportations were delayed. This is something we can't plan around

Good activity but...

Round trip transport top The very good meal Water and lemonade at will Horseback ride (a simple ride without pace ) 6 tyrolienne sympa The quad not too adrenaline But the Cenote is beautiful the water is good I recommend but I am not surprised at the low lack of thrills The team is friendly

Response from the operator: Merci d'avoir partagé cette expérience avec nous. Nous continuerons à nous améliorer et nous avons hâte de vous accueillir à nouveau pour votre prochaine aventure.

Overall good and friendly staff

The park was clean and the staff was friendly, the pick up was a bit late but the ride wasn't that long The ziplines were great! The ATV was good but could be better Food was good, they made me something vegan when I asked

Response from the operator: We are happy that you got to enjoy the experience We hope to welcome you again soon!

.

Don’t bother taking your camera or a bookbag. They require you to get a locker. The only time they allow pictures is at the cenote. They’re just trying to make money, the experience was rushed and equipment broken. Tip expected all the time.

Response from the operator: There is no Zipline or ATV Park in all the Riviera Maya that allows to the use of cameras for the simple reason of avoiding accidents. The same goes for bringing a hanging bag that could easily get stuck and cause an accident You can't drive an ATV with one hand and if someone sticks their hand out during the circuit could hurt themselfs by getting hit with a tree or branches. Having a backpack or a hanging bag could result in it getting stuck in the ATV, trees, or just reduced movement resulting in an accident Using ziplines require both hands to be used and bringing a cellphone up in the trees might endup breaking it if it's dropped. A hanging bag could get tangled in the zipline wire The guides only mention tips at the end of the tour, they make it clear that is not mandatory The equipment was not "broken", your group were loosing it up multiple times during the activity claiming that it was tight. Even when the guides explained that it has to be tight for security reasons during the ziplines It's important to try and understand safety issues and listen to the guides explanations
