Walking tour Marrakech. Nice steady pace

The experience was really good. Were were an Irish family of seven. Adults, a teenager and a young child aged 7years. We learned a lot about morrocan culture. We walked at a nice slow pace enabling us to take in the sights, sounds and smells of marrakech. Our guide Azim was lovely and made the tour so interesting. He also made a great effort to engage with the young child in our group. I highly recommend this experience

Response from the operator: Dear Mairead :Thank you so much for taking the time to leave such a lovely review! It was an absolute pleasure meeting you all and guiding your wonderful family through Marrakech. Hosting a group of seven spanning adults, a teenager, and a 7-year-old is always a joy, and I’m so glad the relaxed pace allowed everyone to comfortably take in the atmosphere, scents, and colors of the Medina. Making sure the little ones stay curious and engaged is always one of my favorite parts of the tour, so it warms my heart to hear that your youngest enjoyed the experience! Thank you again for your kind words and recommendation. Warmest wishes to you and your family back in Ireland, and I hope to welcome you all back to Morocco again someday! Warm regards, Azim

Wonderful experience at hidden places in Marrakech!

Mohamed makes the hidden tour routes interesting with his vast knowledge of history of Marrakech. We learnt a lot from the tour. Wish we had it earlier so we would have more time to explore the souks.. The pace was just nice and he even shared some recommendations on places to go when he learnt that we will be going to Casablanca and Fez.. highly recommended tour with Mohamed for those who want to know the hidden places in Marrakech!!

Response from the operator: Thank you so much for your wonderful review! It means a lot to hear that you enjoyed the hidden tour and learned a lot about Marrakech’s history. I am really happy the pacing felt “just right,” and that you found the souks and less-known places more interesting because of our stops along the way. Also, I’m glad the recommendations for Casablanca and Fez helped—those are truly great cities to explore. It was a great honor to meet gorgious poeple from Sangabor .You are the kind of people that will remean in both my mind and "liver"(heart) You are always welcome, and I hope you’ll get the chance to return and enjoy even more of Marrakech next time With thanks, Mohamed🥰😍🥰😍🥰😍🥰😍🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏😍😍😍😍🥰

Hidden Sights of Marrakech:: questions travelers ask

Practical detail on this experience, plus the wider planning questions for Marrakech.

How much does Hidden Sights of Marrakech: cost?

+

Prices start at $25 per person. The final price depends on the date, the time slot and the number of travelers, and peak weekends in Marrakech usually price higher than midweek mornings. Live pricing and remaining availability are confirmed on the booking screen before you pay.

How long does Hidden Sights of Marrakech: take?

+

Plan for about 3 hours from start to finish, not counting travel to the meeting point. Most travelers leave another 30 minutes on either side so the rest of the day in Marrakech is not rushed.

Is Hidden Sights of Marrakech: worth it?

+

It holds an Outty Ranking of 74 out of 100, which we label "Strongly Recommended". That score blends traveler sentiment (4.9/5 across 365 reviews), the depth of that review evidence, recent booking momentum, value for money against comparable last minute in Marrakech, and how flexible the cancellation terms are.

Can I cancel or reschedule Hidden Sights of Marrakech:?

+

Yes. Cancel free up to 24 hours before the start time for a full refund. Inside that window the booking is non-refundable, and no-shows are not refunded.

Is Hidden Sights of Marrakech: suitable for kids and families?

+

The operator sets a minimum age of 1. Older children generally do well here, and families should factor in the 3-hour running time when deciding.

How far in advance should I book Hidden Sights of Marrakech:?

+

Around 128 people booked this in the last 30 days, so popular slots go early. Two to three weeks ahead is comfortable in shoulder season, while summer weekends and holidays in Marrakech can sell out a month out. Same-day spots do open up when other travelers cancel, so it is worth checking if you are already in town.

What should I bring or wear?

+

Bring photo ID, your booking confirmation on your phone, a refillable water bottle and comfortable shoes. Dress for the weather in Marrakech and add a light layer if any part of the 3-hour experience runs outdoors or after sunset.

Where does Hidden Sights of Marrakech: start and how do I get there?

+

The exact meeting point and directions are on your voucher once you book, and they sit in central Marrakech within reach of public transport. Arrive 15 minutes early: late arrivals are treated as no-shows by most operators.

What are the best things to do in Marrakech?

+

On Outty we rank every Marrakech experience on the same 0 to 100 scale, and alongside this one the highest scorers right now include Agafay Desert Quad Bike Camel Ride and Dinner Show, Best Marrakech to Fes Sahara Desert Tour with Camp & Camel Trek, Agafay Desert Package, Quad Bike, Camel Ride and Dinner Show. The city page groups everything into most popular, highest reviewed, last minute and family-friendly so you can build a day around what actually delivers.

When is the best time to visit Marrakech?

+

Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.

How many days do you need in Marrakech?

+

Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.

Do I book through Outty or through the operator?

+

Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.
