About this experience

We place great importance on safety. Many of our activities are related to the sea, so the specific monitors in these areas are certified as swim and / or lifeguard and first aid instructors, licensed by the I.N.E.F. or T.A.F.A.D, and are always present during water activities and sports. Another important factor in safety is our very low average ratio of children per instructor. This in turn allows us to maintain high quality and a good environment for learning and fun. During the water sports the children always wear life jackets. Another factor, no less important, is that parents, who are also on holiday, can take advantage of this time to do other activities with Activ8You, or simply have some time for themselves.

Fun week of adventure camp!

My children had a wonderful time at the Activ8You camp in La Herradura. The staff and instructors were kind and fun. My children loved the water sports the most and got to try several activities new to them like Absailing.

La Herradura Summer Camp. Children from childhood to teenagers.

My children have been enjoying acti8you summer camp for four years, they themselves are the ones who ask me to go every summer when we come to visit grandparents at Horseshoe. The first year they were four and six years old, and I would go nearby to see them, at all times they were watched in the water activities and none of them came to me sunburned, ajjajaj. They currently have eight and ten, and they can practice all the activities that summer camp has, both in the sports hall and in the water. I stay calm because over the years they are still the same monitors and I notice that they have good treatment with the children and excellent qualification in the activities they do. Another advantage I see, that most children speak English, and this benefits my children practicing the language, the other children also strive to practice Spanish. Of course, next year we'll be back as long as we're on the Horseshoe. A happy mother, because her children are happy!!

Happy children

Our two children, aged 8 and 12, went to camp for 3 weeks and were very happy. Very professional monitors and very fun activities!

One word, THANK YOU!

Today my 15-year-old son finishes his summer camp with Activ8You. It's his last year (for age) and it's a shame. We live in Madrid, summer in Almuñécar and have been going to camp since the age of 7. Getting up early during your holidays and always looking forward to it! I want to thank Sophie for what she has mounted on the Horseshoe: a fun camp where children choose the activities they want to aim for every day and there is never a lack of water activity. Always attentive to the children (I have another of 10 who also goes), has created an environment where children are happy having fun among themselves being able to practice languages by also having foreign clientele summering on our shores. And I don't want to forget your staff as they are part of the success of the camp. Activ8You is a great family. Your know-how with children and desire to have fun are the foundation of your success. Thank you very much. dB

The camp they hold for children is truly amazing. We have been targeting them both at Easter and in the summer for years and they always want to come back. Nature, kayaking, climbing, sports... And the exceptional instructors!

Response from the operator: ¡Hola, Davinia!

Half Day Guided Outdoor Adventure Camp in Granada: questions travelers ask

Practical detail on this experience, plus the wider planning questions for Malaga.

How much does Half Day Guided Outdoor Adventure Camp in Granada cost?

+

Prices start at $32 per person. The final price depends on the date, the time slot and the number of travelers, and peak weekends in Malaga usually price higher than midweek mornings. Live pricing and remaining availability are confirmed on the booking screen before you pay.

How long does Half Day Guided Outdoor Adventure Camp in Granada take?

+

Plan for about 4 hours from start to finish, not counting travel to the meeting point. Most travelers leave another 30 minutes on either side so the rest of the day in Malaga is not rushed.

Is Half Day Guided Outdoor Adventure Camp in Granada worth it?

+

It holds an Outty Ranking of 67 out of 100, which we label "Solid Choice". That score blends traveler sentiment (5/5 across 6 reviews), the depth of that review evidence, recent booking momentum, value for money against comparable last minute in Malaga, and how flexible the cancellation terms are.

Can I cancel or reschedule Half Day Guided Outdoor Adventure Camp in Granada?

+

Yes. Cancel free up to 24 hours before the start time for a full refund. Inside that window the booking is non-refundable, and no-shows are not refunded.

Is Half Day Guided Outdoor Adventure Camp in Granada suitable for kids and families?

+

The operator sets a minimum age of 3. Older children generally do well here, and families should factor in the 4-hour running time when deciding.

How far in advance should I book Half Day Guided Outdoor Adventure Camp in Granada?

+

Around 2 people booked this in the last 30 days, so popular slots go early. Two to three weeks ahead is comfortable in shoulder season, while summer weekends and holidays in Malaga can sell out a month out. Same-day spots do open up when other travelers cancel, so it is worth checking if you are already in town.

What should I bring or wear?

+

Bring photo ID, your booking confirmation on your phone, a refillable water bottle and comfortable shoes. Dress for the weather in Malaga and add a light layer if any part of the 4-hour experience runs outdoors or after sunset.

Where does Half Day Guided Outdoor Adventure Camp in Granada start and how do I get there?

+

The exact meeting point and directions are on your voucher once you book, and they sit in central Malaga within reach of public transport. Arrive 15 minutes early: late arrivals are treated as no-shows by most operators.

What are the best things to do in Malaga?

+

On Outty we rank every Malaga experience on the same 0 to 100 scale, and alongside this one the highest scorers right now include Malaga City Tour 2 Hours Monumental Segway Tour, Taste of Malaga Tour : Tapas, History and Local Customs, Go local for a day!. The city page groups everything into most popular, highest reviewed, last minute and family-friendly so you can build a day around what actually delivers.

When is the best time to visit Malaga?

+

Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.

How many days do you need in Malaga?

+

Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.

Do I book through Outty or through the operator?

+

Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.
