About this experience
Welcome onboard with a chilled glass of champagne & fresh seasonal fruit & nibbles. Make yourself comfortable, whilst the skipper gives everyone a comprehensive safety briefing and answers any questions. We then set sail out of the marina and depending on the weather & sea conditions, we usually pass the Punta de la Mona headland and sail westwards into the beautiful bay of La Herradura. The skipper points out local historic attractions, including the site of a 16th Century shipping tragedy where 23 ships foundered, and the 12th Century stone watchtowers built along the coastline. We continue around the Cerro Gordo headland to the beautiful natural beach at La Cantarrijan. When the anchor drops for lunch, there is time to swim, snorkel, visit the old smugglers' caves (weather permitting) and have fun with the kayak and SUP paddleboards. This is the only 4-hour (half-day) sailing experience on this coastline which includes as much as you want to drink and a superb meal

Fabulous day
Excellent boat trip as always. Evie the crew lady went above and beyond. My sunglasses fell into the sea. Evie got in and went to the bottom of the sea 8m and retrieved for me. It was a amazing day

An amazing afternoon private cruise
We went as a family of 6 on a private hire and what a brilliant time we had. We were out for 4 hours and the time just flew. We saw dolphins, swam out to the waterfalls, snorkelled and paddle boarded and had a fantastic buffet. Staff were brilliantly attentive yet left us to feel as if we were there on our own. Absolutely worth the money.
Response from the operator: Thanks for taking the time to review us, and we are all delighted you had an amazing afternoon with brilliantly attentive crew, we look forward to sailing with you again soon.

Amazing Company and Experience
From the first point of contact with Nedy in the office ( Nedy was absolutely excellent) to then speaking and having the pleasure to meeting the owner Mike in person to sharing the trip with our crew, Dan and Juanjo on the Yacht the whole experience was amazing . I would highly recommend SailnPlay . Thank you all for such a memorable day and thank you Mike for the MUGA cap 😉😉
Response from the operator: Thanks for taking the time to review us, delighted you had an excellent time and if the cap fits........wear it!

A great experience to cross off your bucket list.
A welcoming crew and comfortable boat both of which will look after you and make you feel good. The warm sea makes this an excellent time of year to experience the beautiful Costa Tropical at it's best. We took a morning trip which I recommend as it is cooler. Parking is an issue at the Marina, especially later in the day, so we hired the minibus.
Response from the operator: Thanks for your review Neils, great advice to the about the minibus too.

Why this scores 63
The Outty Ranking is a weighted composite. Here is how this experience performed on each component.
Half-Day Luxury Motor Yacht Cruise in Granada: questions travelers ask
Practical detail on this experience, plus the wider planning questions for Malaga.
How much does Half-Day Luxury Motor Yacht Cruise in Granada cost?
+
Prices start at $165 per person. The final price depends on the date, the time slot and the number of travelers, and peak weekends in Malaga usually price higher than midweek mornings. Live pricing and remaining availability are confirmed on the booking screen before you pay.
How long does Half-Day Luxury Motor Yacht Cruise in Granada take?
+
Plan for about 4 hours from start to finish, not counting travel to the meeting point. Most travelers leave another 30 minutes on either side so the rest of the day in Malaga is not rushed.
Is Half-Day Luxury Motor Yacht Cruise in Granada worth it?
+
It holds an Outty Ranking of 63 out of 100, which we label "Solid Choice". That score blends traveler sentiment (4.8/5 across 41 reviews), the depth of that review evidence, recent booking momentum, value for money against comparable outdoors in Malaga, and how flexible the cancellation terms are.
Can I cancel or reschedule Half-Day Luxury Motor Yacht Cruise in Granada?
+
No. This experience is sold on a non-refundable basis, so only book a date you are confident about. Similar experiences in the city do offer free cancellation if flexibility matters more than price.
Is Half-Day Luxury Motor Yacht Cruise in Granada suitable for kids and families?
+
Yes, all ages are welcome. Families should still weigh the 4-hour running time, and strollers are easier on the earlier, quieter departures.
How far in advance should I book Half-Day Luxury Motor Yacht Cruise in Granada?
+
Around 14 people booked this in the last 30 days, so popular slots go early. Two to three weeks ahead is comfortable in shoulder season, while summer weekends and holidays in Malaga can sell out a month out. Same-day spots do open up when other travelers cancel, so it is worth checking if you are already in town.
What should I bring or wear?
+
Bring photo ID, your booking confirmation on your phone, a refillable water bottle and comfortable shoes. Dress for the weather in Malaga and add a light layer if any part of the 4-hour experience runs outdoors or after sunset.
Where does Half-Day Luxury Motor Yacht Cruise in Granada start and how do I get there?
+
The exact meeting point and directions are on your voucher once you book, and they sit in central Malaga within reach of public transport. Arrive 15 minutes early: late arrivals are treated as no-shows by most operators.
What are the best things to do in Malaga?
+
On Outty we rank every Malaga experience on the same 0 to 100 scale, and alongside this one the highest scorers right now include Malaga City Tour 2 Hours Monumental Segway Tour, Taste of Malaga Tour : Tapas, History and Local Customs, Go local for a day!. The city page groups everything into most popular, highest reviewed, last minute and family-friendly so you can build a day around what actually delivers.
When is the best time to visit Malaga?
+
Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.
How many days do you need in Malaga?
+
Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.
Do I book through Outty or through the operator?
+
Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.
