Guided Tour to Chichén Itzá and Cenote and Valladolid with Lunch

Tour was interesting. However, the drinks were not good. There is no unlimited premium open bar. We received two cups of juice and they added tequila to it. We were picked up at 744am and dropped off at 1030pm. This tour is many hours. I would recommend but you may be better off taking the basic package. Lunch was also horrible.

Lunch Buffet, Chichen itzá, cenote, Valladolid

The places we visited on this tour were amazing, although the tour between each places was slightly rushed and not enough time allowed to buy things and sightsee while at Chichén itzá. The lunch buffet should be done after Chichén Itzá as to much time was spent here and walking through Chichén in the middle of the day versus the morning makes all the difference as it’s extremely hot and humid afternoon. They charged us $970pesos per person on the bus for taxes, Chichén itzá, life jacket rental, cenote. They charged everyone the same including children, seniors and Mexican nationals even though seniors and children under 3 enter Chichén Itzá free on Sunday and Mexican nationals get a discount to enter as well on this day. Transparency about this up front would have been helpful as I was traveling with a group of 16. I did not like the constant need to take videos or photos of the group which they said was needed to show there internal company

First, the amount mentioned in the review is not correct: the mandatory balance is **870 MXN per person**, and this amount is clearly stated both in the tour description and on the reservation ticket. Regarding children, **children under 3 years old are considered infants and do not pay the entrance fee to Chichén Itzá**. In this case, the passengers themselves included and paid for these children when making the reservation through the platform. Had we been informed beforehand that they were under 3 years old, we could have reviewed the applicable situation. The same applies to Mexican citizens who may be eligible for certain rates by presenting their INE. This information needs to be communicated to us in advance, as we cannot know the nationality of the passengers unless they inform us. Regarding the timing and visits, this is a group guided tour with a set itinerary, which is also clearly detailed in the tour description. We understand that each traveler may prefer to have more time at certain locations, but we must follow the scheduled program for the entire group. Chichen Itza tour - Itinerary + USD expectations

Awesome full-day trip! I was picked up from Cancun, and there's lots of hotels that they will pick you up from. Comfortable ride with A/C. The bus was a little later than the expected time, but that doesn't really bother me given the price. Also they kept me updated via WhatsApp. Itinerary: 1: Kaua. Food and souvenirs - Lots of sales pitches, but it's whatever if you don't really care about souvenirs. Included buffet had great food and service! 2: Chichen Itza! Amazing history, great sights, and PLENTY of vendors to dodge. Again, if you don't care about souvenirs, just keep walking. Not too much time to roam here but it was enough, with good explanations from our guide. ~$50 for entry, collected on the bus. 3. Cenote Saamal. Beautiful! Very refreshing after a hot stroll through Chichen Itza. Roughly $10 for locker/required life jacket. 4. Valladolid. Neat little city, pretty architecture. Only stopped about 30 minutes so it's enough for food or quick views/souvenirs. Roberto is a hilarious and fantastic guide. Luna was communicative for the pickup. And Reynaldo was a great driver. All-in-all, GREAT trip for $25 (plus additional $$ for activities).

Perfect Day Tour

A full day of wonderful sightseeing experiences! The tour was perfectly curated and well worth the trip. Our group leaders, Charlie, Christian, and Porfidio, were incredibly informative and perfect hosts. The air conditioning on the bus kept us cool in the hot weather, and both the guided tour and cenote experience were fantastic. The included lunch buffet was a perfect addition. You simply won’t find an all-day tour at this price with so much included. It was absolutely worth it! Thank you for an unforgettable day!
