Went with my gf and she wanted to drive, the guides were very patience with her while explaning how the ATV worked She started slow and then hella fast lmao The ziplines were pretty good, we felt like we were on top of the trees in the middle of nowhere haha We skipped the cenote and went straight to lunch, it was mexican and pretty tasty tho

A true and honest review
The moment you leave the bus, the guide put you in a circle and basically tells you you’re responsible for your own body and your own life. You need to understand these activities are extremely dangerous. My child and I flipped on the TV and seriously injured ourselves. absolutely none of the workers Took it serious. Also, everybody on my bus back to the hotel was complaining about how they hound you over and over and over for tips mid bite of the food that we were eating they had the tip box shoved in our face. Most importantly you’re not allowed to take your phone because they want to make money off of the pictures that they take of you. They make you lock your phone up in a locker.
Response from the operator: This review is everything but honest When the guides were giving out the explanation about the security measures and indications you were actively not listening and claiming that "I can do whatever and you have to take care of me" and then refused to sign the wavers multiple times No one told you that you are responsable for your own life, even when it's true for every human being You were instructed multiple times that the child could not drive the ATV and yet you switch with him mid ride and let him drive just to hit a tree right after. No one flipped over nor got injured The entire staff is prohibited to ask for tips, that is only done at the end of the day and only once Cellphones are not allowed since they can cause ATV accidents or they can break if you let them fall into the jungle during the zipline, it's just a security measure that most ATV and Zipline parks have

+
Around 1 people booked this in the last 30 days, so popular slots go early. The city page groups everything into most popular, highest reviewed, last minute and family-friendly so you can build a day around what actually delivers.
When is the best time to visit Cancun?
+
Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.
How many days do you need in Cancun?
+
Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.
Do I book through Outty or through the operator?
+
Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.
