Excellent!!
Excellent experience, very good value for money. Children loved seeing the turtles and dolphins and swimming out in the sea. The tour was approx 2.5 hours, all the equipment is provided. This was out first time trying kayaking , but our tour guide Simon was brilliant, very helpful and professional. I would highly recommend using this company, thanks again 😊🛶

Misleading booking and extremely unprofessional treatment
Our experience with this company was extremely disappointing, and we have evidence to support everything we are saying (messages, screenshots, bank statements, and GoPro footage). We booked a tour for four people with four underwater scooters included, and this was confirmed by the company in writing. We also paid the additional amount for the scooters. However, when we arrived, the scooters we had paid for were not provided. When we raised the issue afterwards, the owner claimed that we had not booked the scooters and that he had given us a “good price” because of that. We then sent him the message where he himself had confirmed our booking with four underwater scooters included, which directly contradicted what he was saying. The most serious part happened during the tour. One member of our group became very ill and ended up vomiting. Despite knowing this, the guide continued the tour with the rest of the group and left us behind for a large part of the trip. Being left alone in those circumstances could have ended very badly, and we believe this was a serious act of negligence by both the guide and the company. Regarding the scooters, when we told the guide that we had booked them, he said that he was only the guide and that this was not his responsibility. Instead of providing the service we had paid for, the guide asked the Czech family on the tour if they would lend us one of their scooters. Thanks to them, only two people in our group were able to use a scooter for about one minute each, because it was already time to return. The other two people never got to use a scooter at all. In reality, the service that all four of us had paid for was never provided. When we reported what had happened, the owner replied saying he had witnesses who said that “nobody from your group was sick or throwing up.” However, in the very same message he also wrote “They’re tough people unlike others,” referring to the other family. So first he denied that anyone in our group was ill, and then he made a disrespectful comparison implying that we were somehow weaker than the other family. That contradiction speaks for itself. We have our own GoPro recordings of the entire tour, which clearly show what happened, so being treated as if we were lying was extremely frustrating. Instead of taking responsibility or trying to resolve the situation, the owner refused any refund and communicated in a very unprofessional manner. He also sent us a message saying that he would report our Google review if it contained any “lies,” which we found intimidating. This review is based entirely on our genuine experience as customers and on evidence that we can provide if necessary.

Felt like quite an adventure
Adventure for us with 16 yr old. Booked through website, and there was a discount code . It was quite an adventure , took longer than planned but that was fine with us. We saw turtles and small shark, the. Once snorkeling, small colourful fish. The chance to just swim in the sea was not exciting after kayaking for an hour or so though tbh. Askari the guide was informative and kept tabs of us all. He worked so hard to be fair . You really do need to be able to pull yourself back on the kayak , if you go snorkeling , guide can help you , but he gives instructions before you leave. Even quite able bodied and young struggled a bit. Top tips:Take a drink with you! And step up on sun cream, wear a hat! All staff in the centre was helpful and could answer any querries . One even made a lanyard for my sunglasses as ones worried it would come off! Gracias Xplore

Great trip kayaking
Great trip!! Everything was well organised and explained before heading out. The trip was great and thanks to Jonathon the guide we spotted some turtles and also were were close to some dolphins. The snorkel stop was fun and a nice break. Awesome scenery and some interesting facts shared as we went by our guide. Highly recommended

Meeting the dolphins, what an experience!
Great experience that i truly enjoyed. John knows perfectly the area and we had the possibility to view dolphins and sea turtles, as well as doing snorkeling, feeling safe and spending amazing time. Worth to book in advance and be ready for about 2.30/3 hours of kayak and swimming. Next time i am in Tenerife i will do it again
