    A Must-Book Ghana Tour Experience

We had an incredible experience with Ziltravel on our Cape Coast tour, which included visits to Cape Coast Castle, Elmina Castle, and the Ancestral River. Our guide, Sir John, was exceptionally knowledgeable and shared rich historical and cultural insights throughout the day. Although the drive was long, his engaging storytelling and warm personality made the journey enjoyable from start to finish. One of the highlights of the trip was the opportunity to try local foods along the way. Sir John introduced us to pepper eggs, which quickly became my favorite local snack! His attention to detail and commitment to creating an authentic experience truly set this tour apart. In addition to tours of Cape Coast and surrounding areas, Ziltravel also offers guided experiences throughout Accra and beyond. If you’re looking for a professional, informative, and enjoyable way to explore Ghana, I highly recommend Ziltravel and Sir John. Thank you for making our experience so memorable!

What should I bring or wear?

    +

The city page groups everything into most popular, highest reviewed, last minute and family-friendly so you can build a day around what actually delivers.

When is the best time to visit Accra?

    +

How many days do you need in Accra?

    +

Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.
