Auriane Patrolini excellent tour guide
I learned a lot about the history of Geneva. It is amazing to know that Germans positively influenced Geneve to achieve Freedom. Freedom of superstitions and injustices is essential in our world.
Response from the operator: Thank you, it was a pleasure.

Worthless
Our "guide" gave us very little information about the city. When I asked probing questions she could not answer them. it was only at three locations that she provided scant information. The rest of the walk there was no commentary. She did not provide any Geneva history or cultural information. We did not see the UNOG building or learn of the impact of the United Nations’ work. There were no stories behind Geneva’s landmarks including St. Peter’s Cathedral. All of which were described in the tour overview. A total waste of money. Strongly recommend Viator screen and audit tour guides. I will think twice about using Viator again based on my experience in Geneva. I booked three tours via Viator on this trip and the other two I would rate as 3's.
Response from the operator: This is a visit to the Old Town. The United Nations has to be booked 1 month in advance.There are many stories to be told about Geneva and the history dates back to Roman times. It could be possible that you were not listening or did not hear the Guide. ;
