Everyone was amazing. Each activity was executed very well. Pick up was seamless with very little waiting. The scenery in the jungle and underwater were extraordinary.

I didn’t get the full experience.
The ATV wasn’t really all that great. The guy that lead us on the ATVs took it easy and slow. We were told afterwards by our guide Pedro that it’s for safety reasons. That was my first zip lining experience and I thoroughly enjoyed it! I was going to skip the zip line portion of the tour but glad I didn’t. The reason for 3 stars. At the end of the tour, Pedro took at least 10 minutes to persuade the group to leave him a tip. I did just that left and left him a generous $20 tip. Lunch was included and as I sat down to eat, Pedro came over and said I had to leave because my bus driver had arrived. Pedro said I had to leave now so I was not able to eat my lunch which was included with the tour. I regrettably got up and got on the bus. As soon as the bus got out of the front entrance to the park, the bus driver received a call to wait because some passengers were left behind. The passengers that were left behind was a couple from my group. So after giving my tour guide Pedro a very generous tip, then having to leave without eating my lunch that I paid for and causing me to not be able to purchase the zip line pictures I could have stayed because we ended up waiting anyway. All in all, it ended on a bad note. I have absolutely no pics or video from that day. My advice would be DO NOT let them rush you through the tour. You should get the full experience that you paid for.
Response from the operator: We are deeply sorry for the treatment you received. We genuinely regret this. Your feedback is extremely valuable to us as it helps identify areas for improvement and focus. We sincerely apologize for the unpleasant experience you had.

A bit confusing but fun overall
The ATV portion of the experience left a lot to be desired as you rode them on the same narrow road that the tour vans travelled on with little room to maneuver. The zip lining portion of the trip was a little confusing as not all the paths were not clearly marked.
Response from the operator: We truly appreciate your comment since it helps us grow as a company and organization, I am sorry for your perception of the horses, we will improve their care, rest and nutrition. Thank you

Best guide! Best touring company!
So much fun! I went with a friend on this excursion and we had a blast. They only do the snorkeling with turtles on the weekends, and we left on a Friday so we couldn’t do it but we decided to still do the rest of the activities. They were very accommodating though and offered a refund since we weren’t informed it wouldn’t be with the turtles when booking. We loved it so much! The guide was very friendly and I felt so safe in all the activities we did.
Response from the operator: Thanks for your comment! We are glad to know that you had a good experience. Thank you!

Memories I will cherish forever
The best pre-birthday experience! It was a day filled with so much fun and once in a life time experiences zip lining over Mayan/Tulum jungle and swimming in a natural water cenote, memories I will cherish for life! Would 100% recommend - all specified experience were included, in fact we did 5 zip lines. Bring water shoes, SPF, a waterproof phone protector and anti bite spray with you - although all these, expect the bite spray, is avaliable to purchase on the day
Response from the operator: Thanks for your comment! We are glad to know that you had a good experience. Thank you!

Why this scores 51
The Outty Ranking is a weighted composite. Here is how this experience performed on each component.
Full-dayTurtle Adventure: ATV, Zipline, Cenote & Turtle Swim: questions travelers ask
Practical detail on this experience, plus the wider planning questions for Tulum.
How much does Full-dayTurtle Adventure: ATV, Zipline, Cenote & Turtle Swim cost?
+
Prices start at $130 per person. The final price depends on the date, the time slot and the number of travelers, and peak weekends in Tulum usually price higher than midweek mornings. Live pricing and remaining availability are confirmed on the booking screen before you pay.
How long does Full-dayTurtle Adventure: ATV, Zipline, Cenote & Turtle Swim take?
+
Plan for about 7 hours from start to finish, not counting travel to the meeting point. Most travelers leave another 30 minutes on either side so the rest of the day in Tulum is not rushed.
Is Full-dayTurtle Adventure: ATV, Zipline, Cenote & Turtle Swim worth it?
+
It holds an Outty Ranking of 51 out of 100, which we label "Worth a Look". That score blends traveler sentiment (3.8/5 across 9 reviews), the depth of that review evidence, recent booking momentum, value for money against comparable last minute in Tulum, and how flexible the cancellation terms are.
Can I cancel or reschedule Full-dayTurtle Adventure: ATV, Zipline, Cenote & Turtle Swim?
+
Yes. Cancel free up to 24 hours before the start time for a full refund. Inside that window the booking is non-refundable, and no-shows are not refunded.
Is Full-dayTurtle Adventure: ATV, Zipline, Cenote & Turtle Swim suitable for kids and families?
+
Yes, all ages are welcome. Families should still weigh the 7-hour running time, and strollers are easier on the earlier, quieter departures.
How far in advance should I book Full-dayTurtle Adventure: ATV, Zipline, Cenote & Turtle Swim?
+
Around 3 people booked this in the last 30 days, so popular slots go early. Two to three weeks ahead is comfortable in shoulder season, while summer weekends and holidays in Tulum can sell out a month out. Same-day spots do open up when other travelers cancel, so it is worth checking if you are already in town.
What should I bring or wear?
+
Bring photo ID, your booking confirmation on your phone, a refillable water bottle and comfortable shoes. Dress for the weather in Tulum and add a light layer if any part of the 7-hour experience runs outdoors or after sunset.
Where does Full-dayTurtle Adventure: ATV, Zipline, Cenote & Turtle Swim start and how do I get there?
+
The exact meeting point and directions are on your voucher once you book, and they sit in central Tulum within reach of public transport. Arrive 15 minutes early: late arrivals are treated as no-shows by most operators.
What are the best things to do in Tulum?
+
On Outty we rank every Tulum experience on the same 0 to 100 scale, and alongside this one the highest scorers right now include Tulum Ruins, Turtles in Akumal and Cenote tour, Tulum Guided Tour, Magical Cenote, Lagoon Snorkeling and Beachside Lunch, Chichén Itzá, Cenote and Valladolid with Lunch and transportation. The city page groups everything into most popular, highest reviewed, last minute and family-friendly so you can build a day around what actually delivers.
When is the best time to visit Tulum?
+
Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.
How many days do you need in Tulum?
+
Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.
Do I book through Outty or through the operator?
+
Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.
