Wonderful trip
What a great trip we just did it..was a lot of activities…I went with my husband and my older teen son ..they enjoyed the snorkeling and the golf cart ride through the island.. The Captain and the boat staff(Next Wave)were super nice and professional. They succeeded our expectations.🥳

Fun in the sun!
My family and I had a fantastic time on the catamaran cruise we did with this group last Wednesday. The crew was so friendly and they made sure everyone on the boat had a fantastic time! The snorkeling does not last long however, maybe 10-15 minutes? And there were a few other boats in the area at the same time. But we still had fun. The island they brought us to had a nice lunch meal With open bar. We also opted to rent a golf cart for the four of us for 50 USD to take a tour of the island with a guide in a group. All in all it was a great time. The crew does a great job of making sure everyone has a great time! Would recommend!

Great service on board....
Great service on board. Friendly staff. Overall great value for the money. Would have been good if lunch was served since it was written that it would be included in the tour.
Response from the operator: Dear traveler! It's fantastic to know that you spent a great time exploring with us the beauty of Isla Mujeres. Our team works hard to offer you a quality service and for that reason we thank you for your comment about the lunch, we apologize for your inconvenience. Have a great vacation and best regards.

Great Experience. A day well spent.
We had a great day. Fun had by all. From the catamaran ride to the snorkeling. Exploring the island in the golf carts was a highlight. But above all, the crew were fabulous. Their knowledge of the area was very helpful and their service was excellent. Would definitely recommend this to others.
Response from the operator: Hello Kevin! We are glad you had a great experience. We look forward to seeing you again for other wonderful experiences in the Mexican Caribbean. Thank you for your preference. Have a great day!

+

That score blends traveler sentiment (4.1/5 across 9 reviews), the depth of that review evidence, recent booking momentum, value for money against comparable most popular in Punta Sam, and how flexible the cancellation terms are.

What should I bring or wear?

The city page groups everything into most popular, highest reviewed, last minute and family-friendly so you can build a day around what actually delivers.
When is the best time to visit Punta Sam?
+
Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.
How many days do you need in Punta Sam?
+
Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.
Do I book through Outty or through the operator?
