About this experience
As the premier stand-up paddleboarding shop in Maine, the difference is in the details. We provide top-quality equipment, unmatched customer service, and expert paddling knowledge you won’t find anywhere else. We don’t cut corners—and it shows in every part of your experience. While our shop isn’t located directly on the water, don’t let that deter you. For full-day rentals, we exclusively offer high-quality inflatable paddleboards, making transport simple and stress-free. There’s no lifting boards onto your car or dealing with roof racks. Each board comes packed in a convenient travel backpack. Just arrive at your chosen launch spot, inflate the board in minutes, and you’re ready to paddle. Being mobile with a full-day rental means you’re not locked into one crowded launch site. Instead, you have the flexibility to paddle where conditions are best—away from busy boat traffic, strong winds, and packed shorelines.

Great Morning on the Water!
The entire experience was fantastic from start to finish. We met Lee at the shop on Main Street, and then drove to the launch site he had selected for our adventure. Before we got on the water, Lee explained everything thoroughly and made sure we felt comfortable. He was incredibly knowledgeable about the local area, pointing out interesting sites, birds, and fish we encountered along the way. Lee handled all the setup, unloading the paddleboards and getting them in the water, so all we had to do was hop on and paddle. It was a relaxing, fun two-hour adventure, and I highly recommend it!

Great customer service
Great customer service to get us on the e bikes and ready to explore Acadia National Park. We had a blast! We stopped in the shop the day before our reservation just to get an idea of what to expect. The young lady at the counter was so kind to answer all of questions!

Great place to get SUPs!
Great experience! They strapped 3 SUPs to our van and away we went. Good directions to spots on Echo and Long. REALLY appreciated the wetsuits on our less-than-ideal-weather day. Would definitely recommend!

Why this scores 63
The Outty Ranking is a weighted composite. Here is how this experience performed on each component.
Full Day Inflatable Paddleboard Rental in Acadia National Park: questions travelers ask
Practical detail on this experience, plus the wider planning questions for Bar Harbor.
How much does Full Day Inflatable Paddleboard Rental in Acadia National Park cost?
+
Prices start at $50 per person. The final price depends on the date, the time slot and the number of travelers, and peak weekends in Bar Harbor usually price higher than midweek mornings. Live pricing and remaining availability are confirmed on the booking screen before you pay.
How long does Full Day Inflatable Paddleboard Rental in Acadia National Park take?
+
Plan for about 7 hours from start to finish, not counting travel to the meeting point. Most travelers leave another 30 minutes on either side so the rest of the day in Bar Harbor is not rushed.
Is Full Day Inflatable Paddleboard Rental in Acadia National Park worth it?
+
It holds an Outty Ranking of 63 out of 100, which we label "Solid Choice". That score blends traveler sentiment (5/5 across 3 reviews), the depth of that review evidence, recent booking momentum, value for money against comparable last minute in Bar Harbor, and how flexible the cancellation terms are.
Can I cancel or reschedule Full Day Inflatable Paddleboard Rental in Acadia National Park?
+
Yes. Cancel free up to 24 hours before the start time for a full refund. Inside that window the booking is non-refundable, and no-shows are not refunded.
Is Full Day Inflatable Paddleboard Rental in Acadia National Park suitable for kids and families?
+
Yes, all ages are welcome. Families should still weigh the 7-hour running time, and strollers are easier on the earlier, quieter departures.
How far in advance should I book Full Day Inflatable Paddleboard Rental in Acadia National Park?
+
Around 1 people booked this in the last 30 days, so popular slots go early. Two to three weeks ahead is comfortable in shoulder season, while summer weekends and holidays in Bar Harbor can sell out a month out. Same-day spots do open up when other travelers cancel, so it is worth checking if you are already in town.
What should I bring or wear?
+
Bring photo ID, your booking confirmation on your phone, a refillable water bottle and comfortable shoes. Dress for the weather in Bar Harbor and add a light layer if any part of the 7-hour experience runs outdoors or after sunset.
Where does Full Day Inflatable Paddleboard Rental in Acadia National Park start and how do I get there?
+
The exact meeting point and directions are on your voucher once you book, and they sit in central Bar Harbor within reach of public transport. Arrive 15 minutes early: late arrivals are treated as no-shows by most operators.
What are the best things to do in Bar Harbor?
+
Bar Harbor is Acadia National Park access: Park Loop and Cadillac Mountain tours, carriage road bike rides, lobster boat trips, puffin cruises and sea kayaking. Cadillac sunrise reservations are the detail most listings miss. On Outty we rank every Bar Harbor experience on the same 0 to 100 scale, and alongside this one the highest scorers right now include Premium Narrated Bus Tour of Bar Harbor and Acadia National Park (3.5 Hours), Narrated Bus Tour of Bar Harbor and Acadia National Park, Guided Ebike Tour of Acadia National Park Carriage Roads. The city page groups everything into most popular, highest reviewed, last minute and family-friendly so you can build a day around what actually delivers.
When is the best time to visit Bar Harbor?
+
June to October, with autumn colour in early October. Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.
How many days do you need in Bar Harbor?
+
Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.
Do I book through Outty or through the operator?
+
Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.
