Snorkeling Great - Transportation not so good

This review would be a solid 5 if it wasn’t for the transportation. Our shuttle arrived at our hotel 20 minutes late at 7:40. We had a quick stop at another hotel for another pickup. We then drove to a convenience store parking lot in the city where passengers were transferred to a bus and other passengers were placed in our shuttle. We then went to the ferry port where we stood around until after the 9:00 ferry left. We then stood in line and got on the 10:00 ferry. On the Cozumel side we stood around and waited for other passengers to slowly make their way to the rally point. We then boarded taxi’s who drove us to the boats. The boats are small 10 passenger boats plus the crew of 2. We had an outstanding time snorkeling, we stopped at 4 locations and saw starfish, stingrays, turtles and lots of beautiful fish. Lunch was provided at a neat Oceanside restaurant. Then back to transportation- told to take a cab on our own back to the ferry and spend a couple of hours in town which was neat seeing all the shops. Transportation home ended up being OK only because the 7 people that were no shows on the Playa side of the ferry rally point (who probably missed the ferry) were on a different shuttle and we didn’t have to wait for them. The tour guilds were not efficient and waisted a lot of time. I close by saying the boat/snorkeling portion of the trip was a 5, transportation was a 1!

Response from the operator: Hello John! Thank you so much for your preference and trust. Your comments help us to improve our service. We hope to see you again in the Mexican Caribbean!
