The best way to experience Provence!!
We had a great time on the e-bike tour. Our guide was Ghislain (not sure of the spelling) and he was excellent! The e-bikes were perfect for the hilly landscape. The Provence scenery was postcard-perfect. We had just the right amount of free time in Ménerbes for a lovely lunch. We were sorry it was too early in the season for the lavender but the fields of wild poppies more than made up for it. We highly recommend this tour!
Response from the operator: Bonjour, Thank you so much for your wonderful review! we're absolutely thrilled to hear that our guide Ghislain made a such fantastic impression on you. We're so happy to know you had a experience truly memorable. We hope to welcome you back again soon for another amazing adventure in Provence. Maybe next time in Burgundy, Bordeaux, Champagne, Loire, Paris, Normandy. Team A La Française.

The Maestro of the Mistral
We had a wonderful time biking through villages in the Luberon valley. Having the extra boost of power on an e-bike made the hills fun and totally doable!! Our guide Jo was fantastic and full of knowledge and energy. We felt lucky to be exploring with him on a beautiful Spring day in April. This was a great way to see a few different villages and even a Roman bridge in one day and get some exercise and history lessons along the way! Thank you Jo! :)
Response from the operator: Bonjour, Thank you for taking the time to share your positive feedback and glad that you enjoy your time with our guide Jocelyn. We are very happy to see your feedback about your bike tour. Thank you for choosing A la Française! and we hope to have the pleasure of welcoming you back soon for another memorable experience A LA FRANCAISE! : in Burgundy, Champagne, Bordeaux, Loire, Paris and in Normandy! Best regards Team A la Française !

Jocelyn will be delighted to read your compliments—he truly embodies the spirit of our tours: passion, kindness, and good humor. We're glad you enjoyed your bike ride in this magnificent setting, and that October offered you a wonderful experience. We hope to have the pleasure of welcoming you again very soon! Day e-bike tour Luberon region
I thoroughly enjoyed the full day e-bike tour in the Luberon region. We met Francoise, our driver and tour guide, in Avignon and took a 1 hour van ride to Bonnieux. The ride was very scenic down from Bonnieux to the valley of lavender, vineyards, and olive trees. We rode up to the castle in Lacoste (formerly owned by Pierre Cardin). Then back down to the valley to catch an old rail trail. We visited Domaine de la Citadelle Winery where Juergen gave us a tour of the world’s first cork removal toll museum. This was followed by a wine tasting with exceptional explanation of the various wines. After we rode up to Menerbes and had a wonderful lunch at the hilltop restaurant, Monsieur Tu. After lunch we descended back down to the valley and climbed back up to Bonnieux to end the tour. Enjoyed the explanations from our guide/driver Francoise. I highly recommend this e-bike tour through the Luberon region of Provence!
Response from the operator: Thank you so much for your fantastic review! We’re thrilled you had such an enjoyable day exploring the Luberon by e-bike. It’s wonderful to hear how much you appreciated the beautiful landscapes, the charming villages, the visit to Domaine de la Citadelle, and of course, the wine tasting! We’ll be sure to share your kind words with François — she’ll be delighted to know her explanations and guidance made your day even more memorable. Your recommendation truly means a lot to us. We hope to welcome you back for another adventure in Provence! Best regards, A la française !

Full Day Ebike Tour in the Luberon Region from Avignon: questions travelers ask
Practical detail on this experience, plus the wider planning questions for Avignon.
How much does Full Day Ebike Tour in the Luberon Region from Avignon cost?
+
Prices start at $188 per person. The final price depends on the date, the time slot and the number of travelers, and peak weekends in Avignon usually price higher than midweek mornings. Live pricing and remaining availability are confirmed on the booking screen before you pay.
How long does Full Day Ebike Tour in the Luberon Region from Avignon take?
+
Plan for about 8 hours from start to finish, not counting travel to the meeting point. Most travelers leave another 30 minutes on either side so the rest of the day in Avignon is not rushed.
Is Full Day Ebike Tour in the Luberon Region from Avignon worth it?
+
It holds an Outty Ranking of 65 out of 100, which we label "Solid Choice". That score blends traveler sentiment (5/5 across 9 reviews), the depth of that review evidence, recent booking momentum, value for money against comparable last minute in Avignon, and how flexible the cancellation terms are.
Can I cancel or reschedule Full Day Ebike Tour in the Luberon Region from Avignon?
+
Yes. Cancel free up to 24 hours before the start time for a full refund. Inside that window the booking is non-refundable, and no-shows are not refunded.
Is Full Day Ebike Tour in the Luberon Region from Avignon suitable for kids and families?
+
Yes, all ages are welcome. Families should still weigh the 8-hour running time, and strollers are easier on the earlier, quieter departures.
How far in advance should I book Full Day Ebike Tour in the Luberon Region from Avignon?
+
Around 3 people booked this in the last 30 days, so popular slots go early. Two to three weeks ahead is comfortable in shoulder season, while summer weekends and holidays in Avignon can sell out a month out. Same-day spots do open up when other travelers cancel, so it is worth checking if you are already in town.
What should I bring or wear?
+
Bring photo ID, your booking confirmation on your phone, a refillable water bottle and comfortable shoes. Dress for the weather in Avignon and add a light layer if any part of the 8-hour experience runs outdoors or after sunset.
Where does Full Day Ebike Tour in the Luberon Region from Avignon start and how do I get there?
+
The exact meeting point and directions are on your voucher once you book, and they sit in central Avignon within reach of public transport. Arrive 15 minutes early: late arrivals are treated as no-shows by most operators.
What are the best things to do in Avignon?
+
On Outty we rank every Avignon experience on the same 0 to 100 scale, and alongside this one the highest scorers right now include Highlights of Provence in One Day, Chateauneuf du Pape wine tour, Luberon Hill-top Villages Small-Group Day Trip from Avignon. The city page groups everything into most popular, highest reviewed, last minute and family-friendly so you can build a day around what actually delivers.
When is the best time to visit Avignon?
+
Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.
How many days do you need in Avignon?
+
Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.
Do I book through Outty or through the operator?
+
Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.
