Day trip from Muscat to do Grand Canyon balcony walk
Private day trip from Muscat to Jebel Shams to do the balcony walk. Was a great way to visit Jebel Shams, we were collected at 7.30am and took around 3 hours to get to the balcony walk. Our guide Waleed was great, good humoured and really knowledgeable, we learnt a lot about Omani culture and history from him. The balcony walk took around 3 hours and is well worth doing, amazing views, lost village and wadi to see. On the way back Waleed took us to Al Hamra to look at the village. Total time of trip was around 10 1/2 hours, so quite a long day. The balcony walk with swim took us around 3 hours, 15 mins. Would recommend Thank you Waleed

It’s wonderful that Waleed’s humor and knowledge added so much to your journey—he’s truly passionate about showcasing Omani culture and history. The balcony walk is indeed a must-do, with its breathtaking views, the intriguing lost village, and the serene wadi making it an unforgettable experience.
