Never Again
If I could give it less than one star I would! Absolutely terrible communication and service. Was told and shown on the app the wrong meeting point and then called the service which did not make anything more clear for us. Waited 45 minutes and then were told that they were leaving without us and no refund. When I called the provider to talk about a refund they hung up on me mid call. Extremely unprofessional and terrible organization. Fraudulent business
Response from the operator: We’re sorry to hear about your experience, but we must clarify a few important points. The meeting point was clearly indicated in the Viator app and confirmed in your booking details. This same information was successfully used by six other guests who joined the tour without any issues. If you were unable to locate the meeting point, that is unfortunately not due to incorrect instructions on our part. The app does not selectively show different meeting locations to different customers — the information you received was the same as everyone else's. We understand that missing a tour can be frustrating, but failing to arrive at the designated meeting point constitutes a No Show, and in such cases, as clearly stated in our policy, a refund is not possible. We strive to provide excellent service, but it is also important that guests take responsibility for following the instructions provided.

Bait and Switch
We did not get what we paid for. Itinerary stops did not coincide with tour itinerary listed in TripAdvisor. They took us to locations we did not expect and stated it was part of the tour and our group was very confused where the miscommunication happened. The cost of this tour was not justified.

We really enjoyed the views, tasted some very nice wines, and had a very good driver. It was a great alternative to visiting Rome.
