About this experience
Immerse yourself in the natural hot springs that have been flowing from the heart of Maremma Tuscany for over 3,000 years, offering a unique wellness experience for body and mind. An exclusive experience at the Source of wellness. Immerse yourself in the Natural Hot Spring, the thermal lake from which the water flows and let yourself be lulled into a one of a kind regeneration. The sulphurous waters of Saturnia were already known to the Etruscans before and to the Romans later that believed that thermal waters, with their beneficial properties, were a gift from the gods. Immersed in the steam and surrounded by the green of the Maremma countryside, the Cascate del Mulino is one of the most evocative natural sites of the Maremma and the entire peninsula

From Montefiascone to Marta staying at "Al centesimo chilometro"
Arrived at Montefiascone station in the evening, I had the pleasant surprise that the owner of "Al centesimo chilometro" accompanied me by car to the Ristoro and hostel for pilgrims and travelers. The residence that is located 100 km from the eternal city and therefore at the hundredth km of the Via Francigena is fantastic. There is the possibility to spend time sitting outside in the inner courtyard. The rooms with wooden bunk beds, are comfortable with a well-served bathroom. The atmosphere is joyful thanks to the Welcoming of the owner. In the morning you have the opportunity to have breakfast with snacks and coffee, a nice surprise. The price was very good for a fabulous stay: I think I'll return maybe as a pilgrim on the Via Francigena. The next morning after visiting Montefiascone its historic center and the Rocca dei Papi from where you can enjoy a fantastic view of Lake Bolsena going down to Lake Bolsena partly by the provincial road partly by a country dirt road I could enjoy a wonderful view of the lake. Lake Bolsena is a jewel with black sand due to the fact that three hundred thousand years ago the lake was a volcanic caldera. Until Marta you skirt the lake with open views of the same and flat terrain.Diverse the accommodation facilities such as campsites and dining options, the population is hospitable and kind.

Lake and fortress of the popes
After driving along a stretch of Bolsena lakeside promenade, we headed to Montefiascone to admire the popes' fortress and the magnificent, panoramic landscape. Then visit the basilica of S. Margherita with a beautiful dome all decorated with frescoes.

The dying city called is well worth a visit
The visit to the dying city of Civita di Bagnoregio was a pleasant surprise, In the old town it required a lot of climbing to enjoy a beautiful view of the city. It is a nice town to stroll in.

from Civitavecchia: Saturnia natural hot springs experience: questions travelers ask
Practical detail on this experience, plus the wider planning questions for Lake Bracciano.
How much does from Civitavecchia: Saturnia natural hot springs experience cost?
+
Prices start at $290 per person. The final price depends on the date, the time slot and the number of travelers, and peak weekends in Lake Bracciano usually price higher than midweek mornings. Live pricing and remaining availability are confirmed on the booking screen before you pay.
How long does from Civitavecchia: Saturnia natural hot springs experience take?
+
Plan for about 7 hours from start to finish, not counting travel to the meeting point. Most travelers leave another 30 minutes on either side so the rest of the day in Lake Bracciano is not rushed.
Is from Civitavecchia: Saturnia natural hot springs experience worth it?
+
It holds an Outty Ranking of 57 out of 100, which we label "Worth a Look". That score blends traveler sentiment (4.2/5 across 9 reviews), the depth of that review evidence, recent booking momentum, value for money against comparable last minute in Lake Bracciano, and how flexible the cancellation terms are.
Can I cancel or reschedule from Civitavecchia: Saturnia natural hot springs experience?
+
Yes. Cancel free up to 24 hours before the start time for a full refund. Inside that window the booking is non-refundable, and no-shows are not refunded.
Is from Civitavecchia: Saturnia natural hot springs experience suitable for kids and families?
+
Yes, all ages are welcome. Families should still weigh the 7-hour running time, and strollers are easier on the earlier, quieter departures.
How far in advance should I book from Civitavecchia: Saturnia natural hot springs experience?
+
Around 3 people booked this in the last 30 days, so popular slots go early. Two to three weeks ahead is comfortable in shoulder season, while summer weekends and holidays in Lake Bracciano can sell out a month out. Same-day spots do open up when other travelers cancel, so it is worth checking if you are already in town.
What should I bring or wear?
+
Bring photo ID, your booking confirmation on your phone, a refillable water bottle and comfortable shoes. Dress for the weather in Lake Bracciano and add a light layer if any part of the 7-hour experience runs outdoors or after sunset.
Where does from Civitavecchia: Saturnia natural hot springs experience start and how do I get there?
+
The exact meeting point and directions are on your voucher once you book, and they sit in central Lake Bracciano within reach of public transport. Arrive 15 minutes early: late arrivals are treated as no-shows by most operators.
What are the best things to do in Lake Bracciano?
+
On Outty we rank every Lake Bracciano experience on the same 0 to 100 scale, and alongside this one the highest scorers right now include Civitavecchia Shore Excursion: Best of Rome Private Tour, Food Tasty and History Tour in Civitavecchia, VIP Tour of Rome (3/5/8hrs) Colosseum & Vatican Museums. The city page groups everything into most popular, highest reviewed, last minute and family-friendly so you can build a day around what actually delivers.
When is the best time to visit Lake Bracciano?
+
Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.
How many days do you need in Lake Bracciano?
+
Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.
Do I book through Outty or through the operator?
+
Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.
