DO NOT BOOK – They Lie to Your Face & Leave You Stranded
If I could give Elife Las Vegas zero stars, I would. This is quite literally the most incompetent transportation company I have ever dealt with. I booked a shuttle through Viator for a pickup at Fort Lauderdale Airport (FLL). Despite the booking being confirmed, the operator messaged me asking for my hotel address. I provided it immediately upon seeing the message. They then had the audacity to message me saying they were cancelling the ride because I "didn't provide much information" and they "couldn't find a vehicle" for me. The proof is in the chat log: I gave them the exact address, and they simply ignored it, lied about it, and then ghosted me. Because of their dishonesty and last-minute cancellation, I was left stranded at FLL and had to pay for a last-minute alternative—more than double what the original booking cost. When confronted with their own mistake in the chat, they offered nothing but a generic apology and "check with Viator." To any traveler considering Elife Las Vegas: They are unreliable, their communication is deceptive, and they will leave you at the airport without a second thought. Save yourself the stress and the extra money I had to spend and book with a professional service instead. This company is a scam.

AVOID ELIFE LAS VEGAS: Stranded me at FLL and lied about it
I booked an airport transfer from Fort Lauderdale Airport (FLL) with Elife Las Vegas (booked via Viator). This was the most unprofessional experience I have ever had with a transportation company. Despite confirming my pickup days in advance, the operator messaged me hours before the ride asking for my location. I provided the exact address and hotel name immediately (as seen in my chat logs). However, they proceeded to cancel the ride anyway, claiming I "hadn't provided enough information" to secure a vehicle. This was a blatant lie to cover for the fact that they simply didn't have a driver available. I was left stranded at the airport after a long flight. Because of their last-minute cancellation, I had to pay for emergency alternative transportation. The operator’s customer service was dismissive and refused to take responsibility for the massive price difference they caused. Elife Las Vegas is unreliable and dishonest. They will confirm your booking, but they cannot be trusted to actually show up. If you don't want to end up paying triple the price for an Uber while standing on the curb at the airport, book with anyone else but them.

Unfortunately driver...
Unfortunately driver didn’t show up for our pick up. Customer service representative attitude was flat and not apologetic. After all, driver showed up and apologized for pick up issue and was very pleasant to deal with.

Very disappointing for customers who have used you services in many countries.
As a regular customer of Viator all over the world we had come to expect a high level of service. To say it was below expectations was putting it mildly. Our flight was nearly 45 mins early so we were not surprised the driver was not there. However as I had given our flight information I was expecting him to arrive in the terminal at the appropriate time. After waiting for an hour we tried to contact the number we had for Miami. They duly connected us to the driver who told us he was on his way. After another half an hour we became very anxious. Usually having the driver to meet us at the baggage area we did not want to move far in case we missed him. Eventually we went outside looking for him. Indeed after numerous phone messages and even photos taken he emerged from his car which was parked outside. His English was poor and I am thinking he had spent time talking on his phone which he continued to do during the whole journey. Not acceptable for a frequent customer.
