The drive to the blue city will also give us the chance to see one of the Morocco’s biggest and most beautiful dams: Sidi Shahed to appreciate its natural beauty. Ras El Ma is also a part of our journey. This small town in the province of Nador is famous by its fresh fish and the beautiful Mediterranean coast. For centuries, its population were self-sufficient famers and fishers. This town is a heaven for bio and eco-friendly food products. Upon our arrival to Chefchaouen, we will unveil the Mediterranean side of Morocco. We will dine on Mediterranean food which made by recipes dating back to the Roman ages. The culinary art of Chefchaouen is shared by most of the Mediterranean cities. Chefchaouen is a small charming town located in the foothills of the Megou and Tisouka mountains. They rise above the town like two horns. They even named the city. Chefchaouen means “Look at the Horns” in the old native Amazigh Language. The nature that gave birth to this city made it one of the cleanest in Morocco with little car traffic. The clean and fresh air of this blue city invites you to stay and discover the Medina; a beautiful unique city with its white and blue washed walls and its blue doors and windows. Unlike many parts of Morocco, this city was occupied by Spain and the influences of Spanish civilization and architecture are all around. This beautiful experience will give us a glimpse of the Mediterranean style of living and housing. We will also have the opportunity to meet locals and walk in this beautiful Medina. Join us in this amazing experience and do not miss the opportunity to discover this city and have a fulfilling glimpse on the Mediterranean side of Morocco.

A day trip to Pescara: an unforgettable experience!

I recently took a day trip to Chesapeake, and it was just wonderful! The views along the way were amazing, with the spectacular Reef Mountains. When I went to Chesapeake, I was amazed by the charming blue houses and the special atmosphere. Our guide was professional and friendly, and gave us a lot of information about the place. I highly recommend this trip to anyone interested in exploring this pearl of Morocco!

Excllent day trip to bleu city

Our trip was unfogetable ,first the service was excellent.the driver Nasser was on time for pick up .he was very polite ,smart and professinal,he gave us enough time to see all the panoramic views that were programmed for us starting by shahad dum,and other views passing by rif montains it was a brathtaking we have never seen before. After we arrived to chafchaouan where we took many pictures, the city eventhough is small but it cosy and interesting we found many tourists from all around the world. It "must see" .we passed the hole day there and we turned back to fes, alltough we were tired we didn't feel the time because we had a nice company with nasser . Thank you so much luxury fes tours for the excellent service that was beyond our expectation ,and i strongly recommend it for people who are looking for prestigious sevice.

Fes to Chefchaouen day trip: questions travelers ask

Practical detail on this experience, plus the wider planning questions for Fez.

How much does Fes to Chefchaouen day trip cost?

+

Prices start at $38 per person. The final price depends on the date, the time slot and the number of travelers, and peak weekends in Fez usually price higher than midweek mornings. Live pricing and remaining availability are confirmed on the booking screen before you pay.

How long does Fes to Chefchaouen day trip take?

+

Plan for about 24 hours from start to finish, not counting travel to the meeting point. Most travelers leave another 30 minutes on either side so the rest of the day in Fez is not rushed.

Is Fes to Chefchaouen day trip worth it?

+

It holds an Outty Ranking of 67 out of 100, which we label "Solid Choice". That score blends traveler sentiment (5/5 across 2 reviews), the depth of that review evidence, recent booking momentum, value for money against comparable last minute in Fez, and how flexible the cancellation terms are.

Can I cancel or reschedule Fes to Chefchaouen day trip?

+

Yes. Cancel free up to 24 hours before the start time for a full refund. Inside that window the booking is non-refundable, and no-shows are not refunded.

Is Fes to Chefchaouen day trip suitable for kids and families?

+

The operator sets a minimum age of 18. Older children generally do well here, and families should factor in the 24-hour running time when deciding.

How far in advance should I book Fes to Chefchaouen day trip?

+

Around 1 people booked this in the last 30 days, so popular slots go early. Two to three weeks ahead is comfortable in shoulder season, while summer weekends and holidays in Fez can sell out a month out. Same-day spots do open up when other travelers cancel, so it is worth checking if you are already in town.

What should I bring or wear?

+

Bring photo ID, your booking confirmation on your phone, a refillable water bottle and comfortable shoes. Dress for the weather in Fez and add a light layer if any part of the 24-hour experience runs outdoors or after sunset.

Where does Fes to Chefchaouen day trip start and how do I get there?

+

The exact meeting point and directions are on your voucher once you book, and they sit in central Fez within reach of public transport. Arrive 15 minutes early: late arrivals are treated as no-shows by most operators.

What are the best things to do in Fez?

+

On Outty we rank every Fez experience on the same 0 to 100 scale, and alongside this one the highest scorers right now include Day Trip to Chefchaouen from Fez ( instagram /Photos ), Fes to Marrakech: Merzouga & Ait Ben Haddou, 3 Days 2 Nights, 2 Days Desert Tour from Fes to Fes/Marrakech via Erg Chebbi. The city page groups everything into most popular, highest reviewed, last minute and family-friendly so you can build a day around what actually delivers.

When is the best time to visit Fez?

+

Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.

How many days do you need in Fez?

+

Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.

Do I book through Outty or through the operator?

+

Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.
