Rainy Day Safari
Amazing safari experience! This is not my first safari but it is my first rainy day safari. Don't let the rain discourage you, there is a lot to see! Our guide, Nicholas is very knowledgeable about animal behavior and bird identification. We saw giraffes, cheetah, zebras, elephants, topi, gazelles, monkeys, lions, mongoose, wildebeest and many more. Plus a wide variety is colorful bird from large to small.

Knowledgeable, kind, accommodating
Nicholas was the best guide anyone could ask for! Very knowledgable, kind, and accommodating. Our group was able to see all different kinds of animals and get a taste of Kenyan culture. Would recommend to everyone!

Amazing adventure of a lifetime!
Such an incredible experience! We saw so many animals up close and our guide, Nicholas, knew exactly where to go to see the animals!! He was very knowledgeable about all the animals in area. We had read and heard so many great reviews about African Vision Safaris and I am so grateful that we used this company! We hope to come back again and experience a longer safari. We will definitely use African Vision Safaris again!

Perfect Safari experience for the whole family
We spent 2 weeks in Kenya with our family with two smaller kids (4 and 7 years old). In our research for Safaris we came across Nicholas / Africa Vision and had a really good feeling instantly. Through our communication upfront he went all the way to plan the best safari with us together within our budget, especially considering that we are with small kids. We spent a few days in Nairobi and went on a 9 day safari though Amboseli, Naivasha and Masai Mara. The service provided was excellent. From the very start he made sure that we had the best time. We loved his super friendly way, his knowledge (not only about the wildlife) and the really nice conversations we had. Also the places he chose and trips we made were great. He chose the perfect balance between excitement and times to relax including the flexibility needed when traveling with kids. Thank you so much for the awesome experience. We can highly recommend Nicholas and are looking forward to meet again.

Another Wonderful Safari
This was our second safari with Africa Visions Safari in Maasai Mara; we enjoyed the first one in 2019 so much that we returned in 2021! Our guide Nick was amazing; he knows the Mara and follows the rules to protect and respect the wildlife. We enjoyed 3 days inside the Mara, I recommend staying inside the Mara, it saves a lot of travel time and the lodges are very comfortable. Our vehicle was comfortable and equipped with USB outlets to keep your camera/phone charged, very important! Nick is very knowledgeable about the wildlife behavior. He has several reference books available for additional information & photos. If you forget your binoculars he will share his. This trip was during the Covid pandemic. Nick was respectful to wear a mask and his vehicle was cleaned every evening. We felt safe. We will definitely return to Africa & will request Nick as our guide again.

Why this scores 53
The Outty Ranking is a weighted composite. Here is how this experience performed on each component.
Family & Friends safari Full package .: questions travelers ask
Practical detail on this experience, plus the wider planning questions for Nairobi.
How much does Family & Friends safari Full package . cost?
+
Prices start at $5550 per person. The final price depends on the date, the time slot and the number of travelers, and peak weekends in Nairobi usually price higher than midweek mornings. Live pricing and remaining availability are confirmed on the booking screen before you pay.
How long does Family & Friends safari Full package . take?
+
Plan for about 216 hours from start to finish, not counting travel to the meeting point. Most travelers leave another 30 minutes on either side so the rest of the day in Nairobi is not rushed.
Is Family & Friends safari Full package . worth it?
+
It holds an Outty Ranking of 53 out of 100, which we label "Worth a Look". That score blends traveler sentiment (5/5 across 5 reviews), the depth of that review evidence, recent booking momentum, value for money against comparable last minute in Nairobi, and how flexible the cancellation terms are.
Can I cancel or reschedule Family & Friends safari Full package .?
+
Yes. Cancel free up to 24 hours before the start time for a full refund. Inside that window the booking is non-refundable, and no-shows are not refunded.
Is Family & Friends safari Full package . suitable for kids and families?
+
The operator sets a minimum age of 1. Older children generally do well here, and families should factor in the 216-hour running time when deciding.
How far in advance should I book Family & Friends safari Full package .?
+
Around 2 people booked this in the last 30 days, so popular slots go early. Two to three weeks ahead is comfortable in shoulder season, while summer weekends and holidays in Nairobi can sell out a month out. Same-day spots do open up when other travelers cancel, so it is worth checking if you are already in town.
What should I bring or wear?
+
Bring photo ID, your booking confirmation on your phone, a refillable water bottle and comfortable shoes. Dress for the weather in Nairobi and add a light layer if any part of the 216-hour experience runs outdoors or after sunset.
Where does Family & Friends safari Full package . start and how do I get there?
+
The exact meeting point and directions are on your voucher once you book, and they sit in central Nairobi within reach of public transport. Arrive 15 minutes early: late arrivals are treated as no-shows by most operators.
What are the best things to do in Nairobi?
+
On Outty we rank every Nairobi experience on the same 0 to 100 scale, and alongside this one the highest scorers right now include 3 days group joining safari to Maasai Mara with a Land Cruiser Jeep, 1 Day trip to Hells Gate and optional Lake Naivasha From Nairobi, Nairobi Masai village Day Tour Experience. The city page groups everything into most popular, highest reviewed, last minute and family-friendly so you can build a day around what actually delivers.
When is the best time to visit Nairobi?
+
Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.
How many days do you need in Nairobi?
+
Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.
Do I book through Outty or through the operator?
+
Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.
