Perfect :)
Our 5-day safari from Nairobi through the Masai Mara, Serengeti, Ngorongoro Crater, and ending in Arusha was truly a once-in-a-lifetime experience! We especially want to thank our first guide, Sironka. He gave us the perfect start to our trip his knowledge, personality, and the overall vibe made the experience amazing from day one. We were therefore quite surprised and disappointed that we had to change guides at the border. Unfortunately, we were not informed about this in advance, and that was the only part of the trip that left us a bit disappointed. Our second guide was also excellent. He was very knowledgeable, worked incredibly hard to make our safari special, and even spoke some German, which we really appreciated because it showed how much effort he put into communicating with us. The accomandations were all perfect for us the food was very good with an good variation. We were lucky enough to see an incredible variety of animals, and the entire journey was unforgettable. Overall, it was an amazing safari that we would highly recommend. The only suggestion for improvement would be to inform guests beforehand if their guide will be changing during the trip.

Extraordinary
An incredible and enchanting trip to beautiful Kenya. The agency acted professionally from the very start, creating a wonderful holiday itinerary tailored to our requirements. The itinerary included exactly what we had agreed upon (no extra charges). We visited the safari areas (Nairobi National Park, Ol Pejeta, Lake Nakuru, Masai Mara) in complete safety, discovering the local wildlife and birdlife. Naturally, we also saw the "Big Five." A huge thank you and warmest wishes to our beloved guide, David, who did everything in his power to ensure we had a fantastic time. We would choose them again and again for our holidays. Thank you so much! 🙏

PERFECTION from start to finish. 10/10!
Journeymark tours provided the absolute best experience for me and my family. We travelled as 3 adult couples. Our itinerary was custom built for what we wanted. We started in Amboseli and saw so many herds of elephants and tons of other animals including a cheetah! Our guide David made sure we saw everything! We then travelled to Lake Nakuru and rode in a boat with hippos everywhere. The next day was Navaishu where we saw rhinos. Our last 4 days were spent in Masa Mara and it was absolutely magical. We saw leopards, lions, another cheetah and all the animals that we wanted to see. All the lodging and all the food were excellent. If you are looking to do a safari, you will be so glad you chose Journeymark. We actually hope to go back and will without a doubt go with them again.
