Turkey with little information
We have just arrived from a trip to Turkey with EXOTICCA it was a trip that we were very excited about and the truth the country is beautiful, we did the circuit Turkey Legendary, but that you have to worry about things that you should not do that do not enjoy it 100% for example you return from CAPPADOCIA -ISTANBUL and they do not tell you absolutely anything, neither Airport nor airline nor Flight Number (which I think is important for any unexpected that might happen) do not even give you the information of the Pickup Point once you arrive in Istanbul, once you arrive in ISTANBUL absolutely no one carries any badge of the wholesaler EXOTICCA, you have to go looking and to all that loaded with the bags and not knowing where is the meeting point , the day before we called by phone and wrote Whatsapps to the assigned person without confirming anything, then we think that there is a lack of professionalism and even information as it would have to be more rigorous, since you are in a foreign country unknown and you do not control (and on top of that many people do not speak English, only Turkish) that together with other small things happen that make our trip with EXOTICCA has not been 10, I think they have to improve quite, at least in the circuits of Turkey ...!

Expensive tour and poor information.
The itinerary was excellent but the tour guide speaks very poor englsh and could not provide sufficient information.
Response from the operator: Dear Nelson Sorry to hear that you hadnt got enough information because of the language barier. Actually we had used same guide before and this is the first time we had this complain. for the future booking we will be more carefull for both language degree and exprience in the guiding. Regards

Enjoy Istanbul without stress or crowds.
It shows slightly lesser known places. Friendly and competent Guide. Comfortable, with hotel pickup and only for the group you hire.
Response from the operator: Dear Pilar Thanks for the review and hope to be your local contact in your future holiday in Turkey. Regards

Best private tour I took during my visit to Turkey!
I am a serious art history person. The Chora Church was one of the main reasons I traveled to Istanbul. This tour also includes the Asitane Restaurant. It was a rare treat and one I will always remember. I highly recommend this tour to anyone whom is interested in art history.

The Outty Ranking is a weighted composite. Here is how this experience performed on each component.
Exotic Istanbul Tour - Chora Church, Imperial Mosques, Bazaars, Fener and Balat: questions travelers ask
Practical detail on this experience, plus the wider planning questions for Istanbul.
How much does Exotic Istanbul Tour - Chora Church, Imperial Mosques, Bazaars, Fener and Balat cost?
+
Prices start at $70 per person. The final price depends on the date, the time slot and the number of travelers, and peak weekends in Istanbul usually price higher than midweek mornings. Live pricing and remaining availability are confirmed on the booking screen before you pay.
How long does Exotic Istanbul Tour - Chora Church, Imperial Mosques, Bazaars, Fener and Balat take?
+
Plan for about 6 hours from start to finish, not counting travel to the meeting point. Most travelers leave another 30 minutes on either side so the rest of the day in Istanbul is not rushed.
Is Exotic Istanbul Tour - Chora Church, Imperial Mosques, Bazaars, Fener and Balat worth it?
+
It holds an Outty Ranking of 50 out of 100, which we label "Worth a Look". That score blends traveler sentiment (3.3/5 across 4 reviews), the depth of that review evidence, recent booking momentum, value for money against comparable last minute in Istanbul, and how flexible the cancellation terms are.
Can I cancel or reschedule Exotic Istanbul Tour - Chora Church, Imperial Mosques, Bazaars, Fener and Balat?
+
Yes. Cancel free up to 24 hours before the start time for a full refund. Inside that window the booking is non-refundable, and no-shows are not refunded.
Is Exotic Istanbul Tour - Chora Church, Imperial Mosques, Bazaars, Fener and Balat suitable for kids and families?
+
Yes, all ages are welcome. Families should still weigh the 6-hour running time, and strollers are easier on the earlier, quieter departures.
How far in advance should I book Exotic Istanbul Tour - Chora Church, Imperial Mosques, Bazaars, Fener and Balat?
+
Around 1 people booked this in the last 30 days, so popular slots go early. Two to three weeks ahead is comfortable in shoulder season, while summer weekends and holidays in Istanbul can sell out a month out. Same-day spots do open up when other travelers cancel, so it is worth checking if you are already in town.
What should I bring or wear?
+
Bring photo ID, your booking confirmation on your phone, a refillable water bottle and comfortable shoes. Dress for the weather in Istanbul and add a light layer if any part of the 6-hour experience runs outdoors or after sunset.
Where does Exotic Istanbul Tour - Chora Church, Imperial Mosques, Bazaars, Fener and Balat start and how do I get there?
+
The exact meeting point and directions are on your voucher once you book, and they sit in central Istanbul within reach of public transport. Arrive 15 minutes early: late arrivals are treated as no-shows by most operators.
What are the best things to do in Istanbul?
+
On Outty we rank every Istanbul experience on the same 0 to 100 scale, and alongside this one the highest scorers right now include Best of Istanbul 1, 2 or 3-Day Private Guided Istanbul Tour, Istanbul Luxury Bosphorus Yacht Cruise with Asian Side Stop, ISTANBUL BEST: Iconic Landmarks Full Day PRIVATE Guided City Tour. The city page groups everything into most popular, highest reviewed, last minute and family-friendly so you can build a day around what actually delivers.
When is the best time to visit Istanbul?
+
Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.
How many days do you need in Istanbul?
+
Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.
Do I book through Outty or through the operator?
+
Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.
