The dive location is...
The dive location is spectacular, but the instructor does not give any instructions. I was hoping to learn how to snorkel better but he did not give any input. He was on a mission to take pictures. He didn’t even wait to see if our masks were appropriate, mine was not. I wanted to know how to dive down. He was t around to give input. I would highly recommend the location but not the instructor

We personally fit each guest with gear, with emphasis on the mask, before entering the water and stay focused on comfort, technique, and safety throughout the tour. Great Family Experience
A wonderful family experience. Laura was extremely knowledgeable and attentive. She exceeded all our expectations. From her initial contact and follow up until we left, Laura demonstrated professionalism and caring for her clients. Her commitment to educating and informing us about under sea life was inspiring. Highly recommend for anyone interested in snorkeling. We will certainly come back again and do the SCUBA tour.

Laura was very patient...
Laura was very patient with the kids. Making sure they were comfortable with the snorkel gear before taking us out into deeper water. She provided wetsuits that helped float.

Very upsetting
Very upsetting looking for our gide to take us no phone number to call any one and no number for VIATOR waited for a good half an hour and then we gave up and left .I would love to talk to someone about this

You gave Expedia your credit card and they do NOT refund people that are No shows. Thank you so much for ruining my day as I could have booked someone else in your time slot at 1 pm. My track record of 5 star reviews is evidence that my tours are on time and follow the highest standards of quality and depth of experience.

So many fish, sea turtle, sting ray, star fish, octopus. It was amazing. Laura did an awesome job bringing us on this adventure. Best snorkeling I’ve ever been on.
