SCAM!!!
I had a very disappointing experience. I arrived at the pickup location at 12:20 as instructed. When no one showed up, I reached out via WhatsApp at 12:30 and received no response. I followed up again at 12:38 and still heard nothing back. After waiting over 30 minutes in the sun with no communication, I decided to walk back to my hotel. There was no explanation, no update, and no acknowledgment of my messages. I would strongly caution others before booking with this company. The lack of communication and failure to show up is concerning, and I’m honestly not sure whether this was simply poor organization or something more questionable.
Response from the operator: We sincerely apologize for what you experienced and appreciate you sharing your feedback with us. We completely understand your frustration after waiting under the sun without any communication or assistance, and we truly regret this situation. This is not the level of service we strive to provide to our travelers. We would like to review your case in detail and provide proper follow-up. Kindly ask you to contact us directly with your booking information so we can investigate what happened and offer you a solution. We truly appreciate your feedback, as it helps us improve our communication and operational processes. We remain at your disposal.

We did the ATV, censored,...
We did the ATV, censored, zip lining, and ceremony. Everything was pretty much in one spot. Please bring mosquito spray!

My DAUGHTER HAD A BKAST FOR HER BDAY
This was my daughters golden 19th bday so we decided to celebrate in Tulum Mexico with some fun activities and this Atv zip line and Cenote tour was everything we had a blast…our tour guide Raphael was a little aggressive but I think he wanted to keep things structured at the same time making sure we had a great experience
via Tripadvisor
10/10 experience.
The experience was nice and exciting. If you love the outdoors and nature experiences you’d love this excursion. We actually experienced two cenotes in the tour and around 8 zip lines. Our guide was awesome and made sure we were in good hands throughout this experience. We worked with Christian. I do highly recommend waterproof bug spray. It was also very convenient that they picked up right outside of our hotel. The only thing I would recommend is a higher wall for the repel. It was a very short climb.

Exciting Day in Tulum Jungle: ATVs, Cenote, Zip lines, Rappel: questions travelers ask
Practical detail on this experience, plus the wider planning questions for Tulum.
How much does Exciting Day in Tulum Jungle: ATVs, Cenote, Zip lines, Rappel cost?
+
Prices start at $44 per person. The final price depends on the date, the time slot and the number of travelers, and peak weekends in Tulum usually price higher than midweek mornings. Live pricing and remaining availability are confirmed on the booking screen before you pay.
How long does Exciting Day in Tulum Jungle: ATVs, Cenote, Zip lines, Rappel take?
+
Plan for about 6 hours from start to finish, not counting travel to the meeting point. Most travelers leave another 30 minutes on either side so the rest of the day in Tulum is not rushed.
Is Exciting Day in Tulum Jungle: ATVs, Cenote, Zip lines, Rappel worth it?
+
It holds an Outty Ranking of 62 out of 100, which we label "Solid Choice". That score blends traveler sentiment (4.5/5 across 11 reviews), the depth of that review evidence, recent booking momentum, value for money against comparable last minute in Tulum, and how flexible the cancellation terms are.
Can I cancel or reschedule Exciting Day in Tulum Jungle: ATVs, Cenote, Zip lines, Rappel?
+
Yes. Cancel free up to 24 hours before the start time for a full refund. Inside that window the booking is non-refundable, and no-shows are not refunded.
Is Exciting Day in Tulum Jungle: ATVs, Cenote, Zip lines, Rappel suitable for kids and families?
+
Yes, all ages are welcome. Families should still weigh the 6-hour running time, and strollers are easier on the earlier, quieter departures.
How far in advance should I book Exciting Day in Tulum Jungle: ATVs, Cenote, Zip lines, Rappel?
+
Around 4 people booked this in the last 30 days, so popular slots go early. Two to three weeks ahead is comfortable in shoulder season, while summer weekends and holidays in Tulum can sell out a month out. Same-day spots do open up when other travelers cancel, so it is worth checking if you are already in town.
What should I bring or wear?
+
Bring photo ID, your booking confirmation on your phone, a refillable water bottle and comfortable shoes. Dress for the weather in Tulum and add a light layer if any part of the 6-hour experience runs outdoors or after sunset.
Where does Exciting Day in Tulum Jungle: ATVs, Cenote, Zip lines, Rappel start and how do I get there?
+
The exact meeting point and directions are on your voucher once you book, and they sit in central Tulum within reach of public transport. Arrive 15 minutes early: late arrivals are treated as no-shows by most operators.
What are the best things to do in Tulum?
+
On Outty we rank every Tulum experience on the same 0 to 100 scale, and alongside this one the highest scorers right now include Tulum Ruins, Turtles in Akumal and Cenote tour, Tulum Guided Tour, Magical Cenote, Lagoon Snorkeling and Beachside Lunch, Chichén Itzá, Cenote and Valladolid with Lunch and transportation. The city page groups everything into most popular, highest reviewed, last minute and family-friendly so you can build a day around what actually delivers.
When is the best time to visit Tulum?
+
Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.
How many days do you need in Tulum?
+
Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.
Do I book through Outty or through the operator?
+
Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.
