    Lovely getaway!

My friends and I recently completed the Everest Base Camp trek, and it turned out to be so much more than I imagined. Landscapes are breathtakingly beautiful, the rich Nepalese culture is warmer than expected. I learned alot about the traditions and culture of the country. Our trek was headed by Mr Gyanashwor aka Gyanu and his two porters, Vhola and Sanjaya. Amazing people who looked out for us with utmost care. Their constant encouragement, genuine hospitality and cheerful spirits made every challenging stretch more enjoyable. Every moment is filled with laughter and warmth. Thanks to them I am planning my next trip back to Nepal sooner than I thought. Dherai ramu Nepal!

    Awesome experience!!!

We book a tour for 4 of us friends on klook. It was an awesome experience hiking EBC. Our guide is Gyanashwor Adhikari (Gyanu), portal Vhola Magar (Vhola) & Sanjaya Magar (Pratip) Gyanu is a very experience guide as he always takes care of our well being to make sure we reach base camp. Each day he will tell us to drink how much litres of water, cover our heads with beanie all time, eat and drink our food while is still hot etc. He also take extra effort to make sure our day bags are not heavy my only bringing necessary stuff. He also have a pleasant personality that get ong easily. Our duffel bags are always ready when we are at the teahouse thanks to the portals. They also follow us and help us carry our day bags if is rest day while we trekking steep uphill. If you ever book for trekking through Epic Adventures, I highly recommend to look for Gyanu as your guide, Vhola and Pratip as your portals. I’m sure you will have a pleasant journey!

Fantastic trekking experience with great views and no crowds

We booked a 2 week private tour going through Gokyo lakes and Renjo La pass through Shree Adhikari at Epic Adventures Nepal. Shree was great at coordinating all the details of the trip and also managed to get us a helicopter ride to Lukla. He also personally met us in Kathmandu and helped us buy all the necessary gear and treated us to a couple meals. Our guide Gyanashwor Adhikari (Gyanu) was excellent and was a great help throughout the trek, especially at high altitude where we struggled to breathe and he took our backpacks and also managed to assist us on the snow. He was also our photographer and helped us get great memories of this fantastic trip. Our porter Sanjaya Magar was a legend too, carrying all our gear and always with a smile on his face. He's a good volleyball player too and we played on a court at 4200m. Highly recommended professionals! The trek was great for views of Mt. Everest and all the other 8000+ m peaks and this itinerary is not as crowded as the EBC trek.

    Enjoy the trip

Had a fantastic experience doing the 12D/11N trek to the Everest Base Camp. Everything was perfectly organised, from flights to and from Lukla, food and lodging. Guide Hem was also very attentive and caring and always ready to help towards this achievement!

Everest Panorama Trek: questions travelers ask

Practical detail on this experience, plus the wider planning questions for Kathmandu.

How much does Everest Panorama Trek cost?

    +

Prices start at $1,125 per person. The final price depends on the date, the time slot and the number of travelers, and peak weekends in Kathmandu usually price higher than midweek mornings. Live pricing and remaining availability are confirmed on the booking screen before you pay.

How long does Everest Panorama Trek take?

    +

Plan for about 192 hours from start to finish, not counting travel to the meeting point. Most travelers leave another 30 minutes on either side so the rest of the day in Kathmandu is not rushed.

Is Everest Panorama Trek worth it?

    +

It holds an Outty Ranking of 82 out of 100, which we label "Exceptional". That score blends traveler sentiment (5/5 across 55 reviews), the depth of that review evidence, recent booking momentum, value for money against comparable last minute in Kathmandu, and how flexible the cancellation terms are.

Can I cancel or reschedule Everest Panorama Trek?

    +

Yes. Cancel free up to 24 hours before the start time for a full refund. Inside that window the booking is non-refundable, and no-shows are not refunded.

Is Everest Panorama Trek suitable for kids and families?

    +

Yes, all ages are welcome. Families should still weigh the 192-hour running time, and strollers are easier on the earlier, quieter departures.

How far in advance should I book Everest Panorama Trek?

    +

Around 19 people booked this in the last 30 days, so popular slots go early. Two to three weeks ahead is comfortable in shoulder season, while summer weekends and holidays in Kathmandu can sell out a month out. Same-day spots do open up when other travelers cancel, so it is worth checking if you are already in town.

What should I bring or wear?

    +

Bring photo ID, your booking confirmation on your phone, a refillable water bottle and comfortable shoes. Dress for the weather in Kathmandu and add a light layer if any part of the 192-hour experience runs outdoors or after sunset.

Where does Everest Panorama Trek start and how do I get there?

    +

The exact meeting point and directions are on your voucher once you book, and they sit in central Kathmandu within reach of public transport. Arrive 15 minutes early: late arrivals are treated as no-shows by most operators.

What are the best things to do in Kathmandu?

    +

On Outty we rank every Kathmandu experience on the same 0 to 100 scale, and alongside this one the highest scorers right now include Kathmandu Sightseeing | UNESCO World Heritage sites Private/Group, Manaslu Circuit Trek, Manaslu Circuit Trek: Private Group & Discounte Price. The city page groups everything into most popular, highest reviewed, last minute and family-friendly so you can build a day around what actually delivers.

When is the best time to visit Kathmandu?

    +

Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.

How many days do you need in Kathmandu?

    +

Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.

Do I book through Outty or through the operator?

    +

Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.

What is included in Everest Panorama Trek?

    +

Included: Dinner; and Breakfast. Not included: Gratuities. Always check the voucher for the final list before you travel.

Does Everest Panorama Trek include hotel pickup?

    +

Yes, pickup is offered for every traveler from 298 listed pickup locations in and around Kathmandu. Be ready about 10 minutes before the start time.

What languages is Everest Panorama Trek offered in?

    +

It runs in English. Pick your language when choosing a date and time, as not every departure runs in every language.

Will I get instant confirmation and a mobile ticket for Everest Panorama Trek?

    +

Confirmation is sent by the operator after booking, usually within 48 hours; if it is not confirmed you are not charged. Mobile tickets are accepted, so you can show the voucher on your phone.

Is Everest Panorama Trek wheelchair or stroller accessible?

    +

The operator notes: Not recommended for pregnant travelers. If accessibility is critical, contact the operator after booking to confirm arrangements for your date.

What happens to Everest Panorama Trek if the weather is bad?

    +

This experience depends on good weather. If it is canceled because of poor weather, you are offered a different date or a full refund.

What do travelers say about Everest Panorama Trek?

    +

Across 55 reviews averaging 5.0 out of 5, recurring themes include the guide, photo opportunities, organization. Travelers single out the guide as the reason the experience works. One thing to know: Several reviewers comment on how the schedule is paced.
