Exceptional Team ...Mr. Badri, Mr. Gobinda and Mr. Ranjan and all the drivers who accompanied us..

We were very fortunate to identify Alpine Luxury Treks, for our trip to Nepal. We had a best experience ever in our life. The trip planned with Badri was beyond our expectations. From the 1st contact with Badri , he worked with us on our dreams . His meticulous planning with dedication is beyond words. He does not know the words like “NO”, “Not Possible” etc… For Nepal , a place where weather is so unpredictable , nobody can match Badri’s flexibility. His kindness and hospitality knows no bounds... He is “Mr. Perfect”. The guide Mr. Gobinda is an amazing guy. He took care of us like his parents. We felt like we have taken a tour with my lovable son.. I miss you dear… It is not fair if I don’t mention Mr. Ranjan, The guide who has an excellent knowledge about the whole place. Exceptional guy… most importantly the whole team made us feel like one family during our stay. From the bottom of my heart we would like to thank every one of you for the wonderful memories and for the amazing experience we had during our trip.. We are eagerly waiting for our next trip with you Badri.

Response from the operator: Dear Vishwa sir, Thank you for your heartfelt words! We are truly honored to have been part of your Nepal journey and thrilled that Badri, Gobinda, Ranjan, and our entire team made your experience unforgettable. Your appreciation for our dedication, flexibility, and hospitality means the world. Knowing you felt like family during your trip is the highest compliment we could receive. We can’t wait to welcome you back for another incredible adventure!

How much does Everest Helicopter Tour-EBC & Kalapatthar Overfly cost?

+

Prices start at $1700 per person. The final price depends on the date, the time slot and the number of travelers, and peak weekends in Kathmandu usually price higher than midweek mornings. Live pricing and remaining availability are confirmed on the booking screen before you pay.

How long does Everest Helicopter Tour-EBC & Kalapatthar Overfly take?

+

Plan for about 4 hours from start to finish, not counting travel to the meeting point. Most travelers leave another 30 minutes on either side so the rest of the day in Kathmandu is not rushed.

Is Everest Helicopter Tour-EBC & Kalapatthar Overfly worth it?

+

It holds an Outty Ranking of 46 out of 100, which we label "Worth a Look". That score blends traveler sentiment (5/5 across 2 reviews), the depth of that review evidence, recent booking momentum, value for money against comparable most popular in Kathmandu, and how flexible the cancellation terms are.

Can I cancel or reschedule Everest Helicopter Tour-EBC & Kalapatthar Overfly?

+

No. This experience is sold on a non-refundable basis, so only book a date you are confident about. Similar experiences in the city do offer free cancellation if flexibility matters more than price.

Is Everest Helicopter Tour-EBC & Kalapatthar Overfly suitable for kids and families?

+

The operator sets a minimum age of 5. Older children generally do well here, and families should factor in the 4-hour running time when deciding.

How far in advance should I book Everest Helicopter Tour-EBC & Kalapatthar Overfly?

+

Around 1 people booked this in the last 30 days, so popular slots go early. Two to three weeks ahead is comfortable in shoulder season, while summer weekends and holidays in Kathmandu can sell out a month out. Same-day spots do open up when other travelers cancel, so it is worth checking if you are already in town.

What should I bring or wear?

+

Bring photo ID, your booking confirmation on your phone, a refillable water bottle and comfortable shoes. Dress for the weather in Kathmandu and add a light layer if any part of the 4-hour experience runs outdoors or after sunset.

Where does Everest Helicopter Tour-EBC & Kalapatthar Overfly start and how do I get there?

+

The exact meeting point and directions are on your voucher once you book, and they sit in central Kathmandu within reach of public transport. Arrive 15 minutes early: late arrivals are treated as no-shows by most operators.

What are the best things to do in Kathmandu?

+

On Outty we rank every Kathmandu experience on the same 0 to 100 scale, and alongside this one the highest scorers right now include Private Kathmandu Sightseeing Tour | UNESCO World Heritage sites, Classic Everest Base Camp Trek, Manaslu Circuit Trek. The city page groups everything into most popular, highest reviewed, last minute and family-friendly so you can build a day around what actually delivers.

When is the best time to visit Kathmandu?

+

Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.

How many days do you need in Kathmandu?

+

Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.

Do I book through Outty or through the operator?

+

Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.
