Kathmandu
Upon your arrival at Tribhuvan International Airport, our representative will meet you at the arrival terminal and welcome you to Nepal. After collecting your luggage, you will be transferred to your hotel in Kathmandu by private vehicle. Once you check in, take some time to rest and freshen up. Later, you will meet your trekking guide for a short Everest Base Camp Trek briefing and gear check. Your guide will explain the itinerary, trekking conditions, safety precautions, and what to expect during the journey. You can also visit the nearby Syangboche area and explore the Sherpa culture and mountain lifestyle. Return to Namche for lunch and spend the afternoon relaxing or exploring the colorful streets, local shops, cafés, and bakeries. After breakfast, begin your trek from Namche Bazaar to Tengboche. An unforgettable Everest Basecamp Adventure
We had an incredible experience trekking to Everest Base Camp and couldn’t recommend this company highly enough. From start to finish everything was well organised, and the team went above and beyond to make sure our trip was smooth and memorable. Our guide, Tony, was amazing. He had an incredible depth of knowledge about the region, the mountains, and the local culture, which made the trek even more interesting. He was also very supportive and encouraging throughout the journey, making sure everyone was safe, comfortable, and enjoying the experience. Our porter, Albie, was fantastic. He carried all our gear with a smile and was always cheerful and positive along the trail. His hard work made the trek so much easier for us and we were very grateful to have him as part of the team. A special mention also has to go to the tour operator, Jiban, who was brilliant to deal with. When our luggage went missing, he went out of his way to help us get it sorted quickly, which took a huge amount of stress off us before the trek. After we finished, he also organised a city tour for us and arranged a late checkout at the hotel since we weren’t flying out until late that evening. It was a wonderful company to deal with and the level of care and service really stood out. We had an unforgettable time and would absolutely recommend them to anyone considering an Everest Base Camp trek.

Everest Base Camp - heli out. With Adventure Trek Vision: Crazy best!
I just spent 11 days at the Everest Base Camp with Adventure Trek Vision with my friends, and honestly this experience is really crazy! 😄 From the start, the Adventure Trek Vision team has shown that they are very friendly. It was comfortable throughout the program. It's kind of skeptical at first about how they're going to arrange halal food for us, but seriously, they're very, very amazing. Food is always enough, delicious, and totally halal. Not just that, they also helped my friends get a proper place to pray, so it felt respectful and comfortable throughout the program. What impressed me most was that they always handled last minute requests without any problems. For example, at the end of the trip we were all exhausted, so we decided to ride a helicopter instead of a round trip and the Adventure Trek Vision team did it all with zero hassle! It's crazy smooth, no direct stress. Very worthwhile for these 11 days and I will definitely join again if there's a chance. Highly recommend for anyone who wants to experience adventure but remain comfortable — especially for my hijabi friends!

This was an absolutely incredible experience, Tony and our porter were so accommodating to our needs even our special requests/change of plans. Our porter went above and beyond for us even after his long walks with a heavy back pack he came back and gave us rain jackets and offered to carry our day packs. Recommend this company to anyone who wants to do this hike. Owner took us out for a welcome back dinner and a drink. Thank you, Liam.
