Travelling: Duffle bag or large backpack for your personal gear on the trek (carried by a porter), Bring a small combination padlock to secure the bag, Travel clothes. You will need casual clothing for air travel days and time spent in Kathmandu, Toiletry bag include toilet paper, soap, towel, toothbrush, etc. Personal first aid kit: Any personal medications, Diamox (optional) helps with acclimatization. Adventure Magic Treks always provide down jackets and down sleeping bags for all our trips.The above list is one 'rough guide' of kit which you'll need to consider before leaving home. Each trekker should carry one backpack for items required during the day.Your day backpack will contain items such as warm clothes, jacket, camera, water bottles, and personal first aid kit and day snacks. The rest of your personal equipment packed in a duffel bag or backpack will be carried by a porter.The maximum weight allowance is 15kgs/33 pounds that we strongly care of porter rights and solely against any exploitation on its operation.

An Unforgettable Achievement - EBC trek with Adventure Magic Treks
Bucket-list experience! The views were spectacular and the entire trip was perfectly organized. A huge shoutout to our guide, Suman and porter Purna who was patient with our pace and incredibly knowledgeable about the local culture and terrain. They truly went the extra mile to ensure our safety and comfort, even in challenging conditions. From the delicious meals to the cozy teahouses, every detail was handled so we could just focus on the hike. Also not forgetting Shanker the boss, who fulfilled all the logistics requirements we needed even at the last minute. I felt well-supported throughout and can't recommend this team enough for anyone planning a trekking adventure.

EBC with Adventure Magic was the right choice
I had an amazing time completing the EBC trek with my brother. The experience with Adventure Magic was positive from booking to trekking. Shankar was very responsive and responded timely to emails/WhatsApp texts. Our guide Krishna was very knowledgeable and always kept our safety first. Krishna also made sure we did not miss any opportunities to capture moments of breathtaking backgrounds of the Himalayan ranges. Suman our Porter was also very friendly and helpful. He worked closely with Krishna to ensure that our trekking experience was as seamless as possible, including navigating thru unexpected mountain weather. Overall, we are very satisfied with Adventure Magic.

Everest Base Camp March
In March 2026 I went to Everest Base Camp with Adventure magic. I had an amazing guide Khem Raj who was born in the area and was knowledgeable about the route. Everyday I could choose from the menu what food I wanted to eat. Even though I booked a group tour I did the trip solo without extra costs (due to less tourists because of the war in the Middle East). Everything was arranged perfectly and I can only recommend Adventure Magic!

Great Trip to EBC
It was a well organized trip, the guide Saajan as well as Khem and shitij made it possible for us to reach base camp safely. Shankar was just wonderful enabling us with smooth operations so that we can accomplish our goal of reaching and returning from base camp.
