EBC Trek
It was a dream come true for me to hike Everest Base Camp Trek with our Guide Milan in September 2025. We loved everything about this hike! When hiking with Milan everything was perfectly organized, he took care of our well-being, you could really tell, that no matter what, we would have been in great hands. Luckily no circumstances occurred, no symptoms of altitude sickness, perfect weather, no rain- September is the perfect time to go! We have never seen such breathtaking landscapes and such majestic Mountain Views. In the end of our trip we were stuck in Lukla for 6 days to due flight cancellations as the weather conditions were bad, you should definitely plan 2-3 days where you can't fly and don't plan anything immediately afterwards. During that prolonged stay Milan still cared about everything and gave his best to arrange alternatives and stay with us. We will definitely come back! We loved it so much!

The company helped me turn my plan into reality. They stayed in touch the entire time and responded very quickly. When plans changed, the team was fully involved in the process, and together we looked for the best solution on how to proceed and where to move next. I will definitely use their services again.

Unforgettable 11-Day Everest Base Camp Trek with Himalayan Partner Treks
My 11-day Everest Base Camp Trek with Himalayan Partner Treks was an absolutely incredible experience from start to finish. Everything was organized with such professionalism, care, and genuine hospitality that I felt supported every step of the journey. From the moment I landed in Kathmandu, the team Dil Tamang made sure all logistics were smooth—permits, flights, accommodation, and daily planning were handled perfectly. My guide was knowledgeable, friendly, and extremely attentive. He constantly checked on my safety and comfort, explained local culture and mountain stories, and adjusted the pace whenever needed. The porter was equally amazing, always smiling and carrying my bag with great care. The trek itself was breathtaking—Namche Bazaar, Tengboche, Lobuche, Gorakshep, and finally reaching Everest Base Camp felt like a dream come true. The views of Everest, Ama Dablam, Nuptse, and the entire Khumbu region were unforgettable. The acclimatization schedule was well-planned and made the high-altitude journey much smoother. What I appreciated most was the flexibility, transparency, and genuine warmth of the Himalayan Partner Treks team. They truly treat you like family, not just a client. I highly recommend Himalayan Partner Treks to anyone planning to trek in Nepal. Their professionalism, local expertise, and heartfelt service made my EBC journey one of the best adventures of my life.

Above and beyond for their customers
I would massively recommend booking with Himalayan Partner Treks. I was astounded by their professionalism and commitment to going above and beyond for their customers. I did due diligence on ~20 companies before booking the Everest base camp trek and Himalayan Partner Treks was the lowest cost plus provided significant benefits within the package that others did not. There was clear communication both before, during, and after the trek and I look forward to booking again for a different trek when I return to Nepal.

Amazing experience
We enjoyed amazing experience going to EBC. Himalayan Partners Treks and Expeditions was the engine behind amazing trek. Wether it is greeting us in Kathmandu, making sure we have everything we need in preparation, providing great guides and porters to arranging and adjusting all the flights, delayed by the cyclone disruption. Ghan and his team stay on top of everything, non stop working to support all our requests all the time. Will definitely return for another trek and highly recommend this great company

Why this scores 75
The Outty Ranking is a weighted composite. Here is how this experience performed on each component.
Everest Base Camp Trek - 14 Days: questions travelers ask
Practical detail on this experience, plus the wider planning questions for Kathmandu.
How much does Everest Base Camp Trek - 14 Days cost?
+
Prices start at $1600 per person. The final price depends on the date, the time slot and the number of travelers, and peak weekends in Kathmandu usually price higher than midweek mornings. Live pricing and remaining availability are confirmed on the booking screen before you pay.
How long does Everest Base Camp Trek - 14 Days take?
+
Plan for about 336 hours from start to finish, not counting travel to the meeting point. Most travelers leave another 30 minutes on either side so the rest of the day in Kathmandu is not rushed.
Is Everest Base Camp Trek - 14 Days worth it?
+
It holds an Outty Ranking of 75 out of 100, which we label "Strongly Recommended". That score blends traveler sentiment (5/5 across 22 reviews), the depth of that review evidence, recent booking momentum, value for money against comparable last minute in Kathmandu, and how flexible the cancellation terms are.
Can I cancel or reschedule Everest Base Camp Trek - 14 Days?
+
Yes. Cancel free up to 24 hours before the start time for a full refund. Inside that window the booking is non-refundable, and no-shows are not refunded.
Is Everest Base Camp Trek - 14 Days suitable for kids and families?
+
Yes, all ages are welcome. Families should still weigh the 336-hour running time, and strollers are easier on the earlier, quieter departures.
How far in advance should I book Everest Base Camp Trek - 14 Days?
+
Around 8 people booked this in the last 30 days, so popular slots go early. Two to three weeks ahead is comfortable in shoulder season, while summer weekends and holidays in Kathmandu can sell out a month out. Same-day spots do open up when other travelers cancel, so it is worth checking if you are already in town.
What should I bring or wear?
+
Bring photo ID, your booking confirmation on your phone, a refillable water bottle and comfortable shoes. Dress for the weather in Kathmandu and add a light layer if any part of the 336-hour experience runs outdoors or after sunset.
Where does Everest Base Camp Trek - 14 Days start and how do I get there?
+
The exact meeting point and directions are on your voucher once you book, and they sit in central Kathmandu within reach of public transport. Arrive 15 minutes early: late arrivals are treated as no-shows by most operators.
What are the best things to do in Kathmandu?
+
On Outty we rank every Kathmandu experience on the same 0 to 100 scale, and alongside this one the highest scorers right now include Private Kathmandu Sightseeing Tour | UNESCO World Heritage sites, Manaslu Circuit Trek, Kathmandu Food and Drink Walking Tour. The city page groups everything into most popular, highest reviewed, last minute and family-friendly so you can build a day around what actually delivers.
When is the best time to visit Kathmandu?
+
Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.
How many days do you need in Kathmandu?
+
Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.
Do I book through Outty or through the operator?
+
Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.
