With the tickets already in hand you'll step immediately on to the cable car and begin a magical journey up on a brand new cable car installed in summer 23" and then down on brand new high quality bikes with hydraulic disc brakes. When you arrive back down at the cable car you'll have a time to get a local delicacy or look at the special range of souvenirs designed specially for your Montenegro experience.

Epic Turns, Epic views, Epic host!

A fantastic experience. Wonderful views, exciting downhill cycle and superb host. Our guide Armandiux made this experience for us. she gave us all the time in the world and even created a personal video for us with the camera on his drone. He was determined to make the experience happy and memorable for us. He succeeded!

    Phenomenal guide and breathtaking views!

We had a fantastic day with Armando! He was an excellent guide and made sure everything went smoothly. Communication was clear and easy. He accompanied us up the gondola to the top of the mountain where we got our bikes and helmets. The ride down was epic! Incredible views of the Bay of Kotor. He stopped several times to show us unique views and kept us going at a good pace. Our family is experienced in cycling and the route was not physically hard, but navigating the traffic coming up the mountain was tricky and Armando did great staying out front and providing clear instructions. After the tour he drove us from the gondola base back into town. He was lovely to talk with and even had some great tunes going on the speaker that we were all singing along to during our descent. I am so happy that we did this active excursion outside of the main old town area on a day when there were four ships in port. It was a great way to see Montenegro!

This was so much fun! we...

This was SO MUCH FUN! We lucked out and were the only two ppl on the morning tour (30 ppl on the afternoon tour). Our guide was wonderful. Spoke fluent English which was very helpful. We rode ATV’s for about 2 1/2 hours. We stopped along the way to swim in the river. The water was FREEZING but we still jumped in. The description says a picnic lunch follows the ride however the guide took us to a restaurant instead of the picnic. This excursion was so different from the others and so well worth the 50 mide from the port to the ATV location. (You get very dirty on the ATV’s!)

    Armando is the best guide!!!

WOW what an amazing experience. The cable car ride alone is spectacular, then add in the views from the top and every amazing view at every turn on the descent down on the bikes. Armando was an amazing guide, he put our safety and enjoyment first. He bought a portable speaker so we enjoyed music as we rode and it really made the experience special. It was exhilarating and enjoyable! I highly recommend this tour.

    The ultimate Montenegro experience!

10 out of 10 experience. Armando our guide was awesome. We descended over 40 km down the mountain. My 16 yr old daughter had no problems. It may not be for someone who is afraid to ride a mountain bike though.

How much does Epic 25 Turns Downhill Bike Descent w/ Panoramic Cable Car Ascent cost?

    +

Prices start at $129 per person. The final price depends on the date, the time slot and the number of travelers, and peak weekends in Kotor usually price higher than midweek mornings. Live pricing and remaining availability are confirmed on the booking screen before you pay.

How long does Epic 25 Turns Downhill Bike Descent w/ Panoramic Cable Car Ascent take?

    +

Plan for about 4 hours from start to finish, not counting travel to the meeting point. Most travelers leave another 30 minutes on either side so the rest of the day in Kotor is not rushed.

Is Epic 25 Turns Downhill Bike Descent w/ Panoramic Cable Car Ascent worth it?

    +

It holds an Outty Ranking of 70 out of 100, which we label "Solid Choice". That score blends traveler sentiment (4.7/5 across 121 reviews), the depth of that review evidence, recent booking momentum, value for money against comparable outdoors in Kotor, and how flexible the cancellation terms are.

Can I cancel or reschedule Epic 25 Turns Downhill Bike Descent w/ Panoramic Cable Car Ascent?

    +

No. This experience is sold on a non-refundable basis, so only book a date you are confident about. Similar experiences in the city do offer free cancellation if flexibility matters more than price.

Is Epic 25 Turns Downhill Bike Descent w/ Panoramic Cable Car Ascent suitable for kids and families?

Yes, all ages are welcome. Families should still weigh the 4-hour running time, and strollers are easier on the earlier, quieter departures.

    +

Around 42 people booked this in the last 30 days, so popular slots go early. Two to three weeks ahead is comfortable in shoulder season, while summer weekends and holidays in Kotor can sell out a month out. Same-day spots do open up when other travelers cancel, so it is worth checking if you are already in town.

What should I bring or wear?

    +

Bring photo ID, your booking confirmation on your phone, a refillable water bottle and comfortable shoes. Dress for the weather in Kotor and add a light layer if any part of the 4-hour experience runs outdoors or after sunset.

What are the best things to do in Kotor?

    +

On Outty we rank every Kotor experience on the same 0 to 100 scale, and alongside this one the highest scorers right now include Great Montenegro Tour-Lovcen NP,Mausoleum Lovcen,River of Crnojevic,Sveti Stefan, Kotor Bay Escape: Blue Cave, Beach & Swimming Time, Exclusive Blue Cave Kotor Swim, Mamula&Lady of the Rock 3 Hour. The city page groups everything into most popular, highest reviewed, last minute and family-friendly so you can build a day around what actually delivers.

When is the best time to visit Kotor?

    +

Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.

How many days do you need in Kotor?

    +

Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.

Do I book through Outty or through the operator?

    +

Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.
