If boat access or standby entry is not granted, this is beyond our control and does not qualify for a refund. We really liked Christine...
We really liked Christine who was our tour guide. She was great. However, I didn’t like being left to walk around Pearl Harbour on our own with just the audio guide. Also, while I know this is outside of the tour operators control, we actually didn’t get to go to the memorial because of the water conditions. Overall, however, I do think that it was a good experience.

Highly recommend! Great way to experience Pearl Harbor before the crowds come in.
Cousin Benny was great. He was entertaining us during the rides to and from Pearl Harbor, and he gave us door to door service from the tour group’s hotels in Waikīkī. He gave us the perfect amount of time to see all the sites at Pearl Harbor. NOTE: I had booked this expecting the advance reservation for USS Arizona to be included, but it was not. However, I was on the 6:30am departure time, and there were very few people at the park by the time we got there because it was so early, so we were easily able to get to the USS Arizona via the standby list. I was on the second boat out for the morning.

Big Rip Off!!!!
Guide stayed in the van, we were on our own. Call us and said they didn’t pick up at the Aulani. Said it would take another $500 in cash to pick us up, even though our paid receipt to Viator said pick up at the Aulani.

We apologise on behalf on viator. We are not sure why Viator would confirm a pickup this far away. NO, it doesn't cost $500 to pick you up at Aulani. You might be talking about the private tour option. YES, you can upgrade to a private Pearl Harbor Tour which requires additional payment and YES we do pick up at Aulani on our private tours.
