Not worth it
I don’t know why we bothered purchasing an entry ticket ahead of time. You have to wait in a very long security line anyway and there was no one I. Line for tickets. We couldn’t figure out how to download the tickets - we had to get help from the information booth. It said they sent it via email but they sent it via WhatsApp which I didn’t see until after we left. The people at the information booth had to call the company. There are two separate entrances so we had to show the code again and figure out how to find it again. Also it says that there is an audio tour- it’s an audio tour available to anyone- no headphones- you have to scan each code at each station and listen through your phone. We were afraid of losing all the charge on the phone so we didn’t listen to all of them. Over all not worth purchasing ahead of time. I didn’t check to see if it was more or less expensive than just buying a ticket when you get there. The tour is worth it but just buy a ticket when you get there

Luxurious, impressive palace
Dolmabahce rivals similar palaces in Europe. It is impressive in terms of size, layout and style. It was a relaxing visit. The audio is informative although the track numbers don't match the room numbers.

Fraudulent agent, avoid at all cost
The tickets were never delivered , dont buy from this vendor. We ordered the tickets in the morning for the 4pm tickets same day and the tickets were never emailed as promised and we had to buy it at the gate again.

Save time and Buy Tix At The Box Office!
This was one of the worst ways to purchase tickets for the palace. It took an extra 45 minutes to figure out how to get our tickets and that was with the help of an information officer at the palace! Skip this service and buy direct onsite to save time and your sanity. There was no line at the box office when we got there at 10am.

The Entry Ticket QR Code is provided digitally by Istanbul Tourist Pass® and can be accessed on the day of the visit. After making a reservation, guests receive a confirmation email containing a “Manage Booking” link. By using this link and entering their reservation ID, they can access their booking and view their entry tickets. The tickets are also available through the Istanbul Tourist Pass® app. Please note that all visitors are required to pass through the palace’s mandatory security check, regardless of the type of ticket they have. Waiting times at security can vary depending on visitor volume and may be considerably longer during peak season and busy hours. These security procedures and queues are managed by the palace and are outside the control of the ticket provider. The service also includes a dedicated audio guide in 25 languages. As stated in the booking information, the audio guide should be downloaded in advance, as there is no Wi-Fi inside the palace.
