    Misleading Ad

The ad for the tour was very misleading. We believed that the purchase included the admission to Alhambra and the receipt had a checkmark that seemed to indicate that we had purchased the admission ticket. IT DID NOT. I had even checked the receipt 2x. the speaker system on the bus hissed. MISLEADING.

Response from the operator: Thank you for your feedback. We’re sorry the booking information and checkmark led you to believe Alhambra admission was included. The different tour options should be presented more clearly, and we will review this with the platform. We also apologise for the poor sound quality on the bus and will report it to our team.

The Alhambra, Palace, & Gardens in Granada is a MUST DO from Malaga

I booked this tour several months in advance and I am glad I did. I hear tickets to the Palace sell out for the summer, so make sure you book as soon as you can. Make sure you also opt for the palace, not just the gardens. Although the town below the Alhambra in Granada is charming and I love their free tapas when you buy drinks, you really need to see the Alhambra in its entirety while there. This tour consists of a guide on the bus, and another guide at the Alhambra itself. The guide at the Alhambra was very knowledgeable and friendly.

Response from the operator: Thank you for your detailed review! We’re delighted you enjoyed the full Alhambra experience and the guidance provided throughout the day. Booking in advance is certainly important, especially in summer. We hope your visit to Granada from Málaga left you with unforgettable memories!

Excellent Destination, Poor Experience for English-Speaking Visitors

Granada and the Alhambra are absolutely worth visiting. Granada is a beautiful city with a unique atmosphere, and the Alhambra is truly an unforgettable experience. The architecture, history, and views are breathtaking, and I am very glad I had the opportunity to see it. Unfortunately, I cannot fully recommend this particular tour. The guide conducted the tour in both Spanish and English, but much of the information was given in Spanish and not everything was translated into English. As I understand some Spanish, it was clear that English-speaking guests were missing a significant part of the explanations and historical context. The constant switching between languages also made the tour feel fragmented and difficult to follow. In addition, the guide on the bus spoke English with a very strong Spanish accent, which made it challenging to understand much of the information being provided. It was also not clear from the booking information that this would be a bilingual tour rather than a dedicated English-language tour. That said, the destination itself is outstanding. Granada and the Alhambra deserve five stars; unfortunately, the organization and language arrangement of this tour reduced the overall experience.

Response from the operator: Thank you for your detailed feedback. 😔 We’re glad to hear that you enjoyed Granada and Alhambra — the architecture, history, and views truly are breathtaking 🌞 We’re very sorry that the bilingual format of the tour and the language delivery on the bus affected your experience. We understand how switching between Spanish and English, combined with a strong accent, could make it difficult for English-speaking guests to fully follow and enjoy the explanations. Your feedback about the booking information is also important, so future travelers can know what to expect. We appreciate your comments, as they help us improve communication, tour language arrangements, and guide training for future excursions. Despite these issues, we’re pleased you recognized the outstanding value of the destination itself.

    Granada, Spain

It was a very nice trip. I was unable to do the La Alhambra tour since it was sold out although I heard it was worth seeing. I visited many sites in the city center. Lunch in the Plaza Bib Rambla was pleasant. Stop off at Restaurante Gallio they have the best sangrias.

Response from the operator: Thank you so much for your feedback! 😊 We’re glad to hear you enjoyed your trip overall and had a nice time exploring the city center of Granada 🌞 It’s a pity that the visit to Alhambra was sold out, as it is indeed one of the highlights of the region. Still, it’s great that you were able to visit many sites, enjoy a pleasant lunch at Plaza Bib-Rambla, and make the most of your free time 🍽️✨ We’re also happy you discovered local spots like Restaurante Gallio — sounds like those sangrias were a great finishing touch 🍷😊 We hope to welcome you again soon with Visitanddo.com for another amazing experience in Andalucía, hopefully with the Alhambra included next time 🌿

    Alhambra

Majestic and beautiful scenario and great guides. Wouldn't have missed for the world. However -very strenuous tour and not for the faint hearted, especially in hot weather. Needs to be more balanced in hot season. Also, take care that you are seeing the gardens only not the Palace. Not clear for tourists.

Response from the operator: Thank you so much for sharing your experience! 😊 We’re thrilled to hear that you enjoyed the majestic scenery and found the guides excellent 🌞🏰 We also appreciate your constructive feedback. We understand that the tour can be strenuous, especially in hot weather, and we will review how to make it more balanced during the warmer months. Your note about ensuring clarity regarding visits to the gardens versus the Palace is very helpful — clear communication is essential so that all travelers know exactly what to expect. We’re grateful for your detailed observations, as they help us improve our tours and make them safer and more enjoyable for everyone. Despite the challenge, it’s wonderful to hear that the experience was unforgettable and worth it! We hope to welcome you again soon for another incredible adventure with Visitanddo.com, exploring even more of Andalucía’s stunning landscapes and cultural gems 🌿✨

    +

What should I bring or wear?

The city page groups everything into most popular, highest reviewed, last minute and family-friendly so you can build a day around what actually delivers.

When is the best time to visit Malaga?

    +

How many days do you need in Malaga?

    +

Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.

Do I book through Outty or through the operator?

    +

Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.
